MDE FP+ error message

I called today and the cm said to check back it should be fixed tonight. I thought she might be over stating the time.

This morning mine was showing the error message, but I just checked again and it's back up.

i called back today because i went to check and noticed on my intinerary page a few of my FP+ were not showing up - of course it was A&E, 7DMT, and another character meet & greet I can't remember which. i went into instant panic and within seconds was on the phone with one of the nicest CM's i've ever had. she went over my print out list (i highly suggest people do this, even for their own records if anything!) and confirm that everything i had printed is still registering for them. what she utilizes is what is used in park. MDE and the website have glitches and from what i am understanding from her explanation is there is another database which CM's/parks use. don't hold me to this i could be wrong! but that was the way she was kind of making it sound.
