MDE down??

Please report back if you're able to make a reservation by phone
 
I just logged in to the website to link a Finding Dory MagicBand I bought a few days ago so I could post the steps on another thread. Didn't try to make any reservations though.
 
I was able to get through on the phone but I didn't know it was automated. I am used to getting a person. UGH. I did get my ressie though. I didn't even try for BOG I just got Tony's but this is SO frustrating. Now I have to try and link it on MDE. What happens if it is not working for people in the parks? I also worry about my phone battery if I have to use it. I just hope this is fixed by tomorrow. Ironically my computer updated to Windows 10 during the night so when I first got on I had to go through all these windows and I was like NO. So I tried to get on on my phone and THAT didn't work. My FB has been acting up. I mean it is just like a comedy of errors. I hope this isn't a sign of how our trip is going to go. UGH!
 

Glad I saw this thread. I thought I was going crazy with the sorry for the paws and cannot log in!
 
It's funny too because I have been SO exhausted having to get up every day at 2 and now this. Ironically since I was just going to get Tony's I was just going to sleep in and figured I would get up at 5 my time and hope for the best but I ended up waking up so I thought I would try for BOG and now this. Needless to say between my stupid computer updating to Windows 10 and trying to get used to that and now this I am WIDE awake. :badpc:
 
Could the site really be down for much longer? Sounds like it has been down for at least 3hrs. Disney has to know there's a problem, right????

For any of you trying to get on the phone app is it telling you your password doesn't work? I know my password is right so I am hoping it is just this glitch

I just went in and added my Tony's that I did over the phone and it worked. I didn't try to actually make one but it at least showed up. Good luck I hope you get through!
 
Website is up but app is still not allowing me to log in. If you're on a mobile phone, you should always create a bookmark on your homescreen to use if the app is down. I read that bit of advice a few days ago, and today we see just why that is so important. Would appear they're fixing it, but web is brought back online before the app is if there are issues.

I get 'reenter information' and says password and email incorrect, call for assistance.

Are people able to make dining reservations on the website now?
 
I would think it would be just as important if not more to get the phone app up and working for people in the parks to do their fp. But I guess they are on your magic bands but still....
