MDE down??

I've been trying to make a candlelight dining reservation for 3 hours now. Aargh. Sometimes the site is completely down, sometimes I can login, I can even see all the available times, but clicking on them it always says "sorry for the paws".
 
Attempted to modify and ADR on the app and it asks me to enter my password which I know is correct and it tells me my password/ID don't match and that I have to call

Tried to go onto MDE directly and I can pull all my reservations/fast passes up, but unable to make new ADR or modify them
 
Oh wow, the drama. I have had the busiest week of my working life and FINALLY am sitting down to get my FP+ in. I am now 56 or 57 days out. The good FP+ are dwindling I am sure, and I have never delayed this long and finally just organized everything early this morning and now the Disney IT incompetence strikes! I am just so over this!!
 
On the site it is telling me they can't load my family and friends or my reservations, please try again later. The app says email or password is wrong and I know I'm putting it in right. Frustrating!!
 

Can't do online check in:( been looking forward to this since yesterday....oh well....guess i'm back to scouring the internet for pics of AKL for my vacation fix........

Keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I'm super ticked as I'm. Camping and have to go to a certain area to get data. We're at the 180 to book our dining which is at the busiest time of the year. Worried everything I want will be gone!
 
ugh that's horrible:sad2: at least it seems like everyone is having the same problem...hopefully no one is making any progress! lol:):daisy:

I got through by phone and they told me the app is down and being updated which was why it keeps saying my password is wrong. They didn't say for how long, improving our experience. :rolleyes1
 
So if you do that does it keep you logged in?
You can have it remember your log in, but I'm sure it will log out every now and then.

It's not about what should be brought back live first. I agree, the app should be more important. But when it's network strain, sometimes it's easier to get the website up and running first.

I let it sit and it eventually came up with my information on the site, the app still won't work. Disney = Phenomenal Cosmic Powers.....Really lousy Website space :smooth:

Actually I just changed it to csr/AKL. We opted to skip a character meal to upgrade resort. Although I'm kinda sad about missing pop. Our first stay was there..good memories. ☺
 
Holiday weekend and first day in the parks and can't log in! So disappointed! Thank goodness for my son who has the fast passes memorized for the day!

So, when it says email/log in don't match on the app do you just wait it out?

Same here!!! So frustrating to see the availability then 'sorry for the paws' >:(

I wouldn't worry about not getting passes so far in advance. I'm staying offsite so can only book 30 days in advance and managed to easily get the ones I wanted. The only one that I'm seeing as always unavailable is
the Frozen ride at Epcot.
