MDE and adding another family

We are going to be booking a two-bedroom at BLT and taking my brother’s family. It will be their first time at Disney and will probably be their only trip to Disney, unless we invite them again. They are not tech savvy and aren’t much into pre-planning.

I will link the BLT reservation to our MDE account but what is the best way to add them? If I set up a MDE account for them, can I add the BLT reservation for them too? Or should I just add them to my account?

IMHO: Walk your brother through setting up his own family MDE account. Then link his account with yours. Then you can do all the planning for both families.

Also, setup his account and link it with yours prior to linking the room reservation.

Linking to his account is going to take two steps. First you need to send a friend request to the email he uses to setup is account. Once that request is accepted, go back to your Family & Friends list and click 'Add a Guest'. You should be presented with a list of 'People You May Know' which would include an profiles that are managed by your Friends. Select the ones you want to add and click 'Done'. A friend request will be sent to that account that manages those profiles to approve the request.
