It has been a little over three years since I stayed here and used the bus. I booked the HYATT myself, not a package. Wondering if I remember it correctly? Do I just tell them at the front desk that I will be taking the DCL shuttle in the morning and they give us papers to fill out for our luggage to be taken to cruise port? And since we are taking the DCL shuttle it does not really matter what time we take the shuttle but we keep the boarding number attached to the PAT that I selected on online check in? The men in our party are not good at waiting in crowds so I am hoping to minimize port waiting time while still boarding early.

TIA

Yes, when you check in at the Hyatt, just let them know you are taking DCL transfers in the morning. They'll give you a paper to filled out and turned in at the DCL transfer desk the next morning when you check in there.

Yes, it's been reported and confirmed, that you will get the same boarding number (based on the Port Arrival Time you select during your online check in process) regardless of when you actually arrive.

With the MCO Hyatt process--- do we bring (not attach) the DCL-provided luggage tags and then put them on with the Hyatt paperwork? Or the Hyatt baggage process is separate, so the DCL tags are useless?

I envision the provided tags to be like Magical Express-- if I check my bags with them on, they are handled behind-the-scenes and I cannot get them for my one night at the Hyatt. (Nor should I send them through the night before my cruise).

Thank you.

You will place the DCL luggage tags on your bags at the Hyatt, prior to them being picked up for transport to the ship.

You do not put them on at home before flying to Orlando.
