Can I ask what made you decide to do photopass+ ? I may need some thoughts to point out to DH if I think that's the way to go. Seems kind of pricey and I don't usually buy any of the photopass pics once we are home.

Love that your kids enjoy watching ride vids... My DS loves it too, and he'll sit through those horribly long ones on YouTube where the person even films the wait in line!!

2. DS wants to do JTA and if he gets in, there will be PP pictures.
3. DD will have her first ever visit to BBB and I intend on doing the photo shoot afterward.
4. Enchanted Tales with Belle has a PP photog IN the room. Those who get selected, they do photos for all of the people and load the entire show on one card for participants. My kids are adorable, so it's worth having a go.
5. DD is currently 43" tall. She is planning on riding all of the big rides that she hasn't been able to do before now. I want the photos of her face on those rides.

And that is why I decided to go with the Plus option. The BBB and JTA are going to make it worth it.

Jenn, I don't know about JTA, but we got nothing extra at BBB for it. They will do shots at the studio whether you have PP or PP+ and put them on your regular PP account. Or maybe we were supposed to get some prints with the plus option and we just missed out????

ETWB won't make any difference either. You get a card on the way out whether you have the + option or not.

Really the big difference is the character meal pics and the ride photos.

yeah... we didn't get anything at BBB that we wouldn't have normally got with just a regular ole pp. But is was VERY nice to get so many ride photos added to our cd. (keep in mind you don't get actual prints with the pp+ only the digital copy)

The ride photos will be a wise investment. DS probably won't ride anything but I'm pretty sure DD is down for almost anything.

LOL, I'm going to have to check and make sure we're not married to the same man.

When it got to this point on our last trip, I put it all down in writing, and highlighted which parts of it were non-negotiable to me and said he could do whatever he wanted with the rest of those days.

I was banking on his lack of desire to get down and dirty with the details. Shockingly, he glanced at it and said he'd go with it as it was.

I've only had 18 and thanks to my allergies, I'll never be able to complete the list. I'd love to have ribs from Flame Tree, but alas, it will never happen.

I wish I could inflate my number based on the massive number of Premiums and Dole Whips I've consumed in my life...

Hmm. depends on when your plane leaves. Ours leaves at 3:30, so we need to be on ME by 12:30, which does not leave as much time as I thought we would have. We are just going to sleep in, eat breakfast at the food court, and pack up. I thought about going to breakfast at one of the parks, but we really would not get much time there, so it just did not seem worth the extra money for the park tickets. Also, we have 10 day tickets, so it would eliminate one of our other park days...so with all of that, I guess it depends on when you are leaving!

When does your flight leave? We always go to a park on our last day. It has always worked out great, never really felt rushed. It's great fun to feel like you're squeezing in one last little bit of magic.

BUT. I am a very early riser. So I'm up early regardless. And I organize things the night before and finish packing it all up as everyone is getting up that last morning.

Only do it if you think you can do it without stressing too much. It is an awesome feeling to check those bags, and put thoughts of departure right out of your head, and hop on a bus for the park.

Our flight leaves at 7:30 so we'll need to be back at BWV by 4-ish to catch the bus.

Our AK priorities will be Flights, FOTLK, Dinosaur, and EE.

I purposefully didn't schedule a park on our last day so I could leave it up to the family.

DH asked why we had to go to DHS 2 1/2 days and I told him that since DS wants to do JTA, our best shot was a non-SWW day. When I told him we'd have to be in line at 7a on a SWW day for a park opening at 9a, he scoffed. Then he said he understood. I've already squashed the YES program for the trip and DS isn't happy. I'm not losing JTA for him.

The only reason DH wants another EP day is so he can do the P&F World Showcase Adventure.

Sounds like you should have plenty of time to get your AK priorities done before 4'ish. Might be the best option.

That's what I figured. If any park could get cut short, it's going to be AK.

Don't get me wrong, I can easily loose a couple of days there (also to which DH whimpered that we'd only have 1 day there... but an 8 day trip is "too long"

).

However, if there is any place I can cut, it HAS to be here.

You might miss out on the parade, depending on what time it is on. The AK parade is my fave; but it will mean that you keep everyone happy.

Check the parade path and see how close you can get to the entrance. That way, if you need to bail early, you can.

I know it runs down the back path and EXITS at KJ. I'm not sure where it starts. If it runs near Asia, we could always use the "secret" path between Asia and Dinoland and then come up Dinoland to Discovery Island.
