No, I think you're right. We just happened to walk up on ours before the room steward got to it.

Sayhello
With late seating and skipping dessert do you think we can make it to the sail away at 9:30pm? From our last 3 cruises I don't remember leaving the dining room until 10ish.
Hey everyone. So we can finally book our excursions and things next Monday, and DH and I are figuring out what we want to do in each port. La Spezia and Naples are the hardest because there's just too much to choose from! In La Spezia we are thinking of doing the DCL Florence & Pisa tour - does anyone have any thoughts on this? And in Naples are either doing the DCL Amalfi Coast Drive & Ruins of Pompeii, or are waiting to hear back from Pleasant Travel regarding a private tour there. Would anyone want to join that tour? Or does anyone have any openings in their tours either in Naples or La Spezia? Thanks so much!
We are staying at the Hilton just 4 miles up the coast from the Port, Disney has told us to plan on 25 to 30 minutes from there to the ship. Don't know if this is security or just navigating the port adding the time, it should be 10 minutes.
It looks like there are about 150 people represented be the thread right now, lots of us seeking knowledge I guess.
Hi! My husband and I are very interested in forming a group for a tour in all the Italian ports. I've received info back from Rudy that he has space in Rome and Naples, but he is full for La Spezia. I have also sent an e-mail to Rome in Limo, who also comes highly recommended. I haven't heard back yet. Do you want to try to form a group? It's just two of us.
I think there are enough people still interested in private tours in Italy to get together. I and another group are using Rudy's Touring Service in Rome, LaSpezia and Naples. You might contact Rudy and see if he still has availability.
We used Claudio (limoinrome.com) in 2007 for our Rome tour and we thought it was excellent. We used DriveAmalfi for Naples in 2007 and it too was outstanding. Romeinlimo.com also gets good reviews for its private tours.
My sweet husband bought me a notebook for Valentines Day. I think he was tired of never being able to use our computer as I'm always on it - especially when there is a cruise in our future. My question - can I use my notebook on our cruise? In the past I've always bought minutes and used their computers. Anyone know the cost if I can use my own notebook? Thanks in advance for any info you can share with me.
