I collect Disney cards. I just purchased a 4 day Florida resident pass and was sent this card "certificate". The instructions say that I need to exchange this at a guest services window at a park.
Will I be able to keep this card for my collection?
Probably not. If you ask the CM who processes it for you, the worst they can say is no, but we're supposed to turn them in with our paperwork at the end of the day.

FWIW: a few years ago I was working a wristband window at TTC for the CM/AP holder previews for the "new" Fantasyland and a guest had some late 1970, early '80's tickets that they wanted to exchange for current media and wanted to keep the old tickets. Got a VP manager and he allowed the Vacation Planner to stamp the old tickets with a void stamp and then had let the VP make a copy of both sides of the old tickets to turn in with the day bag. Not sure if that could be done again but maybe.
Just be aware most ticket booths do not have the ability to make copies. If anyone has an old ticket they want to keep, the generally have to do it Guest Relations where they have a copier available.
