May Exercise Thread--Keep on moving toward summer!


Did Chalean Extreme Burn Intervals this morning along with an extra 9 minutes of stretching before and after. Total today is 55 minutes.

Adding 150 minutes, 70 minutes of P90X, 80 minutes running
 
First exercise of the month. I have been in a slump both diet and exercise-wise but trying to get back on track quickly!

40 minute maintenance run

I started the month feeling "fiesty" and then was immediately slammed with a cold.

First couple of days in May, time flies!!!

Starting off with 60 minutes at the gym, 30 minutes walking so far.

90/900 as of today.
 
Keep up the great work, everyone! I have my ten mile race tomorrow (Broad Street Run in Philly). Eeeeek!

And thanks Rebecca! It's my first long race and I haven't run until recently since high school track, which was about 20 years ago.

May 2-------->63 minutes: running/walking
--------------> 15 minute: abdominal exercises

May 3-------->140 minutes: interval running for 10 miles + 1 mile cool down

Ran 4 miles in the morning, and then walked the dog another 2 miles in the evening. I almost feel guilty about counting those minutes because she was wild last night and we had to keep stopping and waiting for her to settle down. :) Definitely not speed walking. ;)
