May Exercise Thread--Keep on moving toward summer!

Ran my first 5K today. Finished in 31.10, which pleases me. :)

Awesome time for a 5K - especially your first! Congrats!

Today, I ran a 5K with my eldest daughter, who is nine. It was for Girls on the Run; such an awesome experience. I'm so proud of her! (And me because she was supposed to run it in December/January but the race was canceled due to weather and they allowed her to run today. I was in no shape to run a 5k this winter, and now we did it together in less than 40 minutes!)

I'll wrap up the numbers for the month tomorrow or Monday. Great job everyone!
 

I am going to sign up for 2000 minutes again. Hit that goal the last 2 months thanks to these threads, so I really appreciate you guys for hosting. When you have to take time out of your day to post and crunch numbers, I hope that you realize that you are making a difference in our lives. Very much appreciated. :goodvibes

It's pretty simple. Just say how many minutes you want to exercise and then update when you can. Read the first post for instructions (such as they are!). Everybody is super nice, so it's fun to read along. And as a special bonus you learn all kinds of new exercise workout stuff!

Sorry it's been so long since my last check-in. I fell really short for May but hoping to do better in June.

I kept forgetting to check in here but I was still exercising. I'll update my activities here to see if I made my goal.
