May Exercise Thread--Keep on moving toward summer!

Keep up the great work, everyone! I have my ten mile race tomorrow (Broad Street Run in Philly). Eeeeek!

Ran 3 miles this AM, then walked the dawg, then still had energy so ran another mile...The beautiful, cool morning inspired me!

45 minutes of cardio this morning (modified Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2).

This week I'm working very late starting Tuesday. Helping out with a show at the school where I teach. So I'm considering it a recovery week and maybe I'll get in some stretching. Will resume full force next Sunday after it's over!

I've been tied up the past few days but I'd like to join in for 1200 min
Thursday 30 min running. 45 min elliptical
Saturday 30 min running, 6 hours building flower beds, but I'm only counting 2 hours (I was honestly more tired when I finished than when I ran my marathon :). )

Thanks for the well wishes! I finished in 1:55:10, which I was happy with since it was my first long race--11.5 minutes per mile. Hopefully fast enough to move up a few corrals at the Wine & Dine half.

Then I went to a Phillies game and walked for what seemed like hours... So tired!
