Back from WDW... 900/1200.

I am not counting any of the walking there, though, since it was more than equalled out by eating! :laughing:
 

Another 66 minutes, so now I'm 599/750. 3/4 of the way there!

I passed my goal today, of course I lowered it this month than my usual but with getting ready to move and all the end of school stuff something got to give.
 
This week I passed my goal too, thanks to our active camping trip to Stone Mountain Park. I was able to do some hiking around the mountain and down the mountain. I haven't braved up the mountain yet but DH and DS did it twice, I'm too chicken right now. :eek:

Sorry I have not been posting but RL had been taking over for the past 10 days or so. Had to help with the family garage sale this past weekend.

90 minutes of exercise time for me today, 45 minutes of which was on the TM for 3.3 miles.

I may not meet the goal for this month, but that is okay. I am determined to get back to my exercise plan and tend to be much more active in the summer anyways.

Well, I have been absent from this forum but not away from exercise! I recently got back from an extended WDW trip where I did lots of walking (tracked with a pedometer) and lots of swimming (tracked with a Heart Rate monitor -- the Polar ones work in water!)

I think I will make this month's goal. I'm at 1685/2015 for the month and 8890/12000 for the year.
