I have caught the plague from my DH- I am sick as a dog, so not much exercse for me aside from walking our dog. I really need to get running, as my 5k is next week! I know I can do it, I really wanted to better my time. Here's hoping I can kick this sickness and get back to exercise!

I love the body pump class so much I actually went to class on a Saturday morning. With last night and this morning I have added another 100 minutes to my total. So, 790/900 for the month and 4,775/12000 for the year.

300 minutes in the garden this weekend. The brings me to 1090/900 for the month and 5,075/12000 for the year. That is the last of my big garden work for the season, so I will have to depend on the gym until the fall.

Doesn't include everything. I keep track of my walking minutes with my pedometer but I don't always remember to keep track of other exercise (weights, kayaking etc). I'm guessing that I might actually be closer to 1000 minutes to date.
