May Exercise Challenge-We're in Full Bloom!

Updated!!!

I'm back from my cruise-had a great time. Now its back to reality. My FIL and I ran a few times on board-quite an interesting feeling when the ship is pitching and rolling and the winds are really strong!!! We also did walk a mile every day to earn points. We did a walking tour of Old San Juan in the 90 degree heat that covered a few miles.

Back to my regular routine tomorrow-only 2 weeks until my 5k race.

Everyone is doing great-and we are glad to have anyone new no matter when they join in!!!
 
I am now at 1080/1600! :banana:

I'm cat and house sitting for friends who have a pool this past 2 weeks and I'm having a great time working out in their pool! :sunny: It's too small to be able to swim laps, but it amazes me what a workout I can still get. Besides, I'm having fun doing it, even though their cat hates it when I am in the pool! :scared1: I think she's afraid I'll make her swim, too, but I won't! Really I won't! :teeth:
 

Another 129 minutes this week, so now I'm 332/750, over 25% of the way.

I guess I could make the time. These next two weeks will be slow since we are going out of town both week ends.

Another week and I'm moving right along! In addition to my bike, I've started the "Couch to 5K" program :woohoo:
And finally, I'm a tad bit ahead of goal. Now if I can just keep it up until the end of the month, this would be the first time in a few months that I've made goal. I'm motivated!

I have been terrible about reporting my exercise minutes. Another 270 minutes since last Wednesday. I did discover a wonderful class at my gym, it is called Body Pump. It used barbells. It is such a good work out. I just wish the times they offered it were better. Oh well, that brings me up to 630/900for the month and 4,615/12000 for the year.
