May Exercise Challenge- 38,344 minutes!!!

Just got home from being in the hospital, so I have some time to make up. Doing ok. Just need to get busy with the exercise.

I'm glad you're doing ok and continue to get better!

For 5/11- I did 15 minutes Wii Fit plus 47 minute 8.1 mile bike ride
For 5/12 - 36 minute 3 mile WATP

brings me to 478/875 for the month.
 
45 minutes of taekwondo yesterday
67 minutes of running this morning (5.1 miles)

Total for month: 679/1600

Going to have to really work on my cross training as I taper to get ready for my race at the end of the month.

I took a complete rest day yesterday, boy did I need it! Right back at it today though. I took the dogs for another slow walk, 15 minutes today. Also started my first day of LEVEL 2 of the 30 day shred. MAN what a workout! I watched it before I did it and didn't think it was that much harder, but was I ever wrong. Still, felt awesome!

Slightly behind schedule for the month here, I was hoping to hit my 50% a little earlier than halfway through the month but no matter, I'm going to up the game a little for the next half!

Yes, I chose to mow the lawn on Mother's Day! I needed time to listen to podcasts! I'm way behind! Also, get lots of time next Friday walking at the Relay For Life. Going to have to see how much I walk. I did about 15 miles last year!

I just wanted to agree with you about Level 2 of 30DS!! Holy Cow, it is a killer!! haha!! I've only done it twice so far, but am so proud after finishing. Good luck!
 
Happy Mothers Day to everyone celebrating! I had a wonderful day, we went hiking around at a state park. We went for several hours, but I'm only going to count 60 minutes because some of it was very leisurley.

Wow - there was an unexpected huge hill on the 5K today - yeouch! We did pretty well though for my daughter's 1st 5K. :thumbsup2

After that we were at the zoo for over four hours; I am ready for bed!

43 minutes; 5K walk/jog/run
90 minutes; I'll log this for the zoo. We barely sat down because we were starting to stiffen up, but we weren't moving that fast so I'll only call it 90 minutes.
 
46 min. total over the weekend bringing me to 82/900 min.

It looks like lots of us had active weekends. Great job, everyone! I love seeing that very colorful list in the first post becoming mostly Orange as people hit their 25% and some names turning Purple as some people hit their 50% a little early!!

This morning, I did 30 minutes rowing, 5 minutes crunch & core machines, and 40 minutes, elliptical for 75 minutes total, bringing me to 865.

So on friday I was feeling pretty good and left my crutches at home. Woops, that was a mistake!:eek:
Saturday I had PT at work and was told I should still be on my crutches outside ( she fine with me hobbling around at work and at home) 20 minutes of pain. Then did 30 minutes of ab work as well as my 20 minutes walking on crutches, I had taken them to work with me.
Sunday, back at work and went to a friends afterward one mile on crutches 45minutes.
