I took a complete rest day yesterday, boy did I need it! Right back at it today though. I took the dogs for another slow walk, 15 minutes today. Also started my first day of LEVEL 2 of the 30 day shred. MAN what a workout! I watched it before I did it and didn't think it was that much harder, but was I ever wrong. Still, felt awesome!
