DH asked me that question last night! I had to think through whether we'd be in Mexico for that day, and I am kinda glad we're not! It would be like being in Florida for Christmas--nothing would be open!

I have no idea if DCL will celebrate it... It would be rather interesting if the Mexican beer is cheaper.

too funny. Sorry didn't mean to confuse anyone. I was being a little facetious. Sometimes you call someone fancy pants when you are giving them a hard time about them trying to be fancy so it was sort of a play on that.

Yes pants are trousers except when I think of trousers I think of men's pants and I also think of heavy pants and mine are thin and slick. Maybe I should call them slicks. I call mine pants or slacks or dress slacks or dress pants and the ones that are khaki colored well are khakis.

We call knickers capris and I don't own any of those. I'm weird. My stuff has to be above my knee or down to my ankle. I don't really like 3/4 sleeved shirts either. Has to be short sleeved or long sleeved.

I find it very interesting to listen to what other people call things.

Ooh, shoe talk. I just bought a pair of black sandals last night to wear with my sundresses. They are very comfortable and I have very picky wide feet. Got them at Kohls.

I have a great TA with a wonderful group rate, and my mom called me to see if I wanted to rebook the 2009 Double Dip. We're trying to organize a family + extended family cruise. Going on the 2009 cruise lets us re-use the website we are using for organizing this year's Double Dip. We'll price out connecting Cat 6's on the boat, but I don't expect to get a better price ($5654.08 for two Cat 6's from Greg, versus Disney's price of 7,166.08). Lemme know if you're interested, and I'll pass on Greg's info. He said he had 16 more cabins the other day.

Where's a good place (and when??) to meet to go try and get our dining changed? Maybe I should just try calling you and give you our cell phone numbers for when we get on the boat? Or do we even need to both show up, seeing as our reservations are already linked?

I dropped my parents off the at the airport this afternoon (normally, I would be crying my eyeballs out when they have to fly back home). I actually drove home with a smile on my face because I knew I would get to take out the suitcases and put them on their bed and start packing! I am such a BAD daughter! Since I have a lot to do, every minute counts!!

I can't remember who found the magnetic tape at AC Moore but I am almost kookoo over trying to find it! I don't want to take the roll of magnet that you cut. It is just too heavy and then can't take it off the pics afterwards. I have looked at 2 Joanns, 2 michaels, office depot, Hobby Lobby, target,walmart, and can't find it online either. Can you give me the brand again? Thanks!

Dress in whatever is comfortable for you! Formal night can be as formal as you want it or not. Shoes.....Just choose something that you can wear multiple times!

LUGGAGE......have you guys been keeping up with the news about airlines charging extra for more than 1 (ONE) checked in luggage? Several airlines have now started this policy and are enforcing it no matter when you purchased your tickets. I know you are okay on Southwest and American. Delta, United, and a few others are charging $25 per bag over ONE bag. It's always been you're allowed 2 checkins. Not anymore. And the $25 is EACH WAY! Keep that in mind when you pack!!

Speaking of packing......pack and then take out HALF!! I learned that after our first cruise! We actually do laundry mid week. It's not bad...you put 1 or 2 loads in, then come back and put in the dryer. We've never had dryers that take 2 cycles. It's so much easier than toting more luggage, along with 2 kids and 2 carseats! I know it sounds like a pain but if airlines are charging more and it's gonna cost each person $50 (round trip) to take another bag.....is it worth it? I do the laundry mid week right before the kids go to bed and then fold it after they go to bed.

I am almost finished with my fish extender! I have everyone's goodies ready to go! Just have to label them.

I'm babbling so I am off to bed....can't wait until morning when I can open the suitcases on the bed and start packing away!!

Wow... I can't imagine packing with kids! I have heard about that on the news... with Delta and United, etc. Thankfully, they haven't caught on with Canadian airlines, they are giving a discount if you bring on carry ons instead of vice versa.

Anyway, I keep saying I am going to dust off the old suitcases and start packing, and we finally did last night, although only our newly purchased toiletries are in there. Hopefully this weekend we'll be able to get on top of things!

Glad that American isn't doing the charging for the extra bag thing yet. I had to borrow some extra luggage from another friend. The bags that I borrowed from the first friend were on the small side. I was trying to fit 4 people in 5 small bags and I was only packing 5 days worth of clothes. It wasn't working those bags were too small my kids feet are too big. It wasn't good. I knew I'd need room to bring home a souvenier or two. I want to buy t-shirt on the ship and at del sol.

So right now I have 8 suitcases sitting in my room. I definitely don't plan on using all of them but glad of the extra breathing room. I wasn't going to be able to pack a sweater to wear if I get cold in the theater, now I can. whew!

Our gas skyrocketed this morning! Is anyone else's high? Although we go by litres, I converted to gallons, so I realized it would work out to about $4.70/Gallon USD. What are you guys at?

I would MUCH rather prefer doing it whenever we want. It is too hard to coordinate what day because there's always so much going on on the ship that it would make it easier to deliver at our convienence! We don't want to miss out on our favorites!!

If you think of it as the opposite of "cool" ...or "kewl" lol...then you have cracked it!

So if something is "pants"................that is not good!

6 days 11 hours 21 minutes before we head off to WDW, before the cruise. So far no luck with upgrades for the cruise but got a call from WDW Reservations yesterday. When I called today we ended up going from ASMusic to Saratoga Springs 1bd villa For no charge.

Spent the day packing. Just four days of work to get through.
