May 25, 2012 - Magical 8-night cruise - NYC to the Bahamas!

Perfect I will tell her. I dont think I have a larger bath as Im in an inside room.

As for reservations, I agree when you book or pay in full, no matter if you
Are a first timer or not, but rukes are rules.

I just hope I am able to book the Atlantis Adventure on March 11th.

If you are looking for the aquaventure at atlantis, i just checked for you and could put in a reservation for my group of 4, if i needed one.

:-)

hopefully, you'll get it!

Yes, I believe that's what we are looking for...

I need 10 though, not 4, that's why I'm concerned that it'll be all gone before the 11th. Actually more like the 12th, once my payment posts.. I'm hoping to pay my balance by this Friday...

well, it let me pick 4 and it showed me 4 different times, so I'd say there are a bunch of openings if it was showing me all the times. I can check again when we get closer if you want!

Thanks...

Actually I need 10 total, but 3 different reservations, so with my ressie I'll just book the 4 that I need..

So you are right - 4 will probably go thru.

Did it tell you the times? If so, do you recall what they were?

How was the bus situation?

Georgette,

For the aquaventure, there is 9:15, 9:30, and 9:45 available.

For the disney bus, there is 7:15, 8:15, 9:15, 12:45 available (going to Magic Kingdom).

Also, if you have linked your rooms, you will be able to book to for everyone. Ex.: my family has two rooms, but they are linked, so I am able to include that room on my bookings.

Are you linked with everyone for booking Atlantis?

Thanks!! smooches! your the best...

I don't have the rooms linked.. We all used the same TA .. I have access to my Mom's reservations, but not Phyllis' family.

Great, we wanted some early buses, as we are going breakfast before MK. Was hoping that Fantasyland would be open at that time, heard that it's still under construction.

We are taking the boat over to the Wilderness for breakfast.
Our ress is at 9:45am. So I guess the 8:15am bus is ours! hehe

Thanks for the help!

Just booked our flights. :thumbsup2

Bit more than I wanted to pay, however the flight times are perfect and mean I don't need to get an airport hotel the night before we leave, as a lot of them were due to take off from London at 10am. The ones I've booked set off at 2pm, so can take a train to London and not have to get up at the crack of dawn! :rotfl:

Flight is in to JFK, so going to get a taxi to our hotel in Times Square, then when we leave it flies out of Newark, so am going to get the train to the airport (if I can work it out!) in a bid to save some money!

Hooray, everything is booked and paid for now.

I'll let you know what I find open when I do my reservations as a first timer this coming weekend. I only need one observer and one participant. I'll be online at midnight no doubt.

I'm also looking to book a Palo brunch. We'll see what luck I have with that too.

Thankyou, I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi everyone :wave2:

Well, I'm down 7 pounds on my diet. Want to know what finally motivated me?? Last Thursday I went shopping and bought 2 dresses for the cruise. They fit me, but I look like a stuffed sausage. :headache:

So now I'm doing South Beach (which is very healthy and easy to follow). :yay:

My problem is that currently I can't exercise much due to fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Both have been flaring badly lately. :sad2: So controlling my diet is the only way that I'll be able to put a dent in my weight loss efforts. :confused3

:cool1: wtg!

I wish I could say the same. Was going to the gym and then went to a body sculpt class and must have done something to my knee so today I ended up at the ortho's office. MRI on Saturday. So we will see.

Is the south beach diet good? Low fat or low carb?

Duran which is low carb or no carb actually works for me. I cant have carbs they kill me.

Could you email me the particulars on SB?

Happy Weekend...

I'm exhausted!! :surfweb:

Girl Scouts had a sleepover last night at the Cradle of Aviation museum here on Long Island.. The floor ain't comfy! :bored:

You sorta sleep but you don't, if you know what I mean ;)

I was just peekin' at the FE list - seems about 18 families..

If you are doing the FE, have you decided if you are doing family or individuals?

With a list this small, or is it small, this is our first so I have no comparison, do you do indiv?

Is this list just slow, maybe people don't know about it?

Anyways, I'm off to take a shower and wake up! and it's 230pm lmao! :)

Enjoy the rest of your day...speak soon!

Oh, btw, I have one more payment due this coming week and I'm paid in FULL!!!

I'm a tad nervous, no turning back now!

Since, I'm making different things, I'm doing an entire cabin gift. There will be a little something for everyone, but I'm not doing each individual person. This is also my first FE, so I hope that is OK??

If I was going to switch to individual people, I think I would have to rethink what I am making! :confused3

general observations about the FE:

most folks do one gift per cabin (unless noted that there are traveling buddies - like myself and Michael - not related but travel together). When there are kids involved some folks give gifts to the kids as well as the adults.

Any questions - please post them - others may have the same ones running around their thoughts as well!

Cayla

Getting close!!! LIST WILL CLOSE ON MARCH 25!!!

any more folks wanting to join the FE exchange? We now have 15 cabins with 32 adults and 19 children participating.

Questions I would like responses to please!!!

1 - Do we want to split this list? Some folks do one gift per cabin some per person, so what is the group consensus?

2 - If I split it - by deck or elevator stack? (meaning fore/aft)

I need cabins for these folks please:

I'm easy with it all -- have gifts purchased already.. just need a final count, I'm sure I have more than enough. Well I hope so!

1. I have enough stuff for the whole list, so I don't need to split.

2. If people do decide to split, I have no preference for how it is split. Our cabin is pretty much in the middle of the boat, so either way works for us.
