Yes, a Utilikilt is a name brand of a contempory kilt, no plaid and has functional pockets. Theres always something special hanging around a man wearing a kilt, people do treat us quite different. Then of course there is a that famous question that makes wearing one quite interesting also.

Lassie, never under estimate the mystery of the KILT Hey has anyone ever bought the refillable beer mug? I usually bring Homebrew to share with my friends, but luggage restrictions put booze first on the leave at home list. anyways what was the initial cost and what does beer cost on board?

Couldn't even guess as to the cost of the beer, but I do know that my son in law DID find it a better deal to get the beer mug.
If the jacked-up cost of wine is any indication, then I'm guessing the beer is way over priced, too.

Well we had to change our sail date and ship. The cost was just too much with just moving and only 1 income. So we went to a 4 day on the wonder with a 3 day for $99.

So sorry to not get to meet all of ya'll but hope you have a great time in Tortola. We will be back on the Magic in 2010 but for now we had to go with what the money could afford.

Hey! Doing pretty good here. We've been busy helping mom take care of things still. I had some stress-related anxiety going on for awhile. But I took some of the stress out for a bit and am doing much better.

Mom and I just went and paid the house off today! What a great feeling that was!! We are finally getting to the end of our "to do list" and it is a big relief!

I've been ebaying for DCL stuff for Christmas for DH and DS. I need to find ONE more DCL Water Bottle Holder Strap. I found one online but need to find one more. I am also thinking about buying ONE Castaway Cay lanyard, since DS and I are CC members and should recieve two, but DH is not.

If you haven't seen the other thread Disney has released some military discounts for our cruise. We were able to apply them to our existing reservations and saved quite a bit.

Just FYI if anyone else going is active duty or retired!

How is everyone doing? Keeping busy before the holidays? I've got alot of my Christmas shopping done now! SInce we are going to Disney Dec 4th-7th I wanted to have most of it done before we left.

For Thanksgiving we're going to my sisters & BIL's house. All of my BIL's family (11) are coming up from FL. So they'll be 16 of us there total. (my sis and I haven't been on the best of terms, but I am really trying!!) We're still going to cook the big meal here at home. We usually eat a big lunch and just snack for dinner. I love the left over turkey for sandwiches the rest of the week!!

I'm really going to miss the leftover turkey! (seriously) We're going to Las Vegas with another DIS family that weekend. It will be fun, but I'll still miss my leftovers!

I'm so jealous of the people that are about done with Christmas shopping. I haven't even started!!!

We're staying put for Thanksgiving this year. So it will just be us. Still trying to decide if DH will try smoking a turkey or if we'll just buy a cajun turkey from Popeye's (YUM!). We usually make a gumbo out of any leftover turkey.

I can tell I'm getting old now. My kids are getting very few ....maybe two each....Christmas gifts, and I'm sending my great nieces and nephews money this year instead of presents. I just can't face the hassle of boxing it all up and shipping it.

I've gotten a couple of things, but have about half my list to go yet. Then I'll move on to the Christmas cards. Goal is to have them done before Thanksgiving...but I'm not sure I'll make it.

I've ordered the last few things for ds. Done with DH and my mom and grandma. I was going to make these picture ornaments that I found in a magazine last year, but can't find the paper or the flat glass ornaments. I was going to use pictures of dad with each person I was going to give it to. (one of mom and dad, one of my sis and dad, one of my ds and dad). But I'm not sure I"ll be able to do it this year if i can't find the stuff. I have to look online. If I can't do that then I just need to get a gift certificate for my sis and her dh.

We leave for Disney in two weeks!!
