I was able to get $800 off my Wilderness Lodge ressie. The odd thing is the CM couldn't tell me exactly what the offer was... I was shocked I got it using my Disney debit.

It's going to seem like a bigger discount to me than it actually is because I will be switching from my current Little Mermaid reservation to All Star Music, which is cheaper anyways. If my math is right, after the discount I'll almost have the trip paid off completely.

Does anyone know how long I would have to purchase the ins. if I book a package? I usually buy ins. when I book a package but I think it is non refundable. My daughter is traveling with me and won't know till Feb. if she can get vacation for the time we are planning on traveling. I am planning on booking then adding the ins. after I find out if she gets the time off. I'm not sure what the cancelation policy is. I think I better book now while this visa discount is good incase nothing better comes up.

Just wondering if PIN codes can be used in conjunction with the general public discount that will be available tomorrow. Is it still worth asking whether a PIN is attached to my name when I ring up to apply the general public discount?

You can use one discount...you can always ask about pin codes in the event they would be more generous than the general offer...but you can only have one offer.

Thanks for your quick response annaaidan99! I thought that might be the case but thought I'd check. We will be staying at the Poly so I doubt the PIN will be more than 30% off but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask.

I don't think you'll do better than 30% but you never know. Enjoy the Poly, it is beautiful. The best discount I ever got there was the 4/3 deal and I don't think that is coming back.

I doubt it....that wouldn't be a very great offer if it sold out before it was ever announced. I think people worry when there is a very specific thing they want. They only have so many spaces at the discounted rate. So people freak out and worry. I will be calling at 7est and I am pretty sure I'll get what I want. If not, I'll see what is available and work from there.

Pop might be sold out of discounted rooms for certain dates. We wanted to stay at All Star Music or Sports and there were no rooms for our dates available there when I booked our trip on Thursday. So we had to book Pop even though its our least favorite value. Our dates 4/25 to May 4th

I have to get up for work at 6am, but I am waiting up for midnight to hopefully book my hotel (my DISCOUNTED hotel) at midnight. I am nervous my dates are going to be sold out.
