May 2014 Discout Watch

Call from multiple phones using multiple numbers.

Can't all of this be done online and save a ton of stress? Do the deals sell out so fast that I couldn't get online around, say, 9am and get the deal online?

I think if you are flexible with your date and resort choice, you don't need to be as worried. I have a specific date, resort, and even view I am requesting, so I am going to need to move swiftly!

you all rock - I've been watching the thread for awhile - caught the post about the discount coming out too late Thursday night but booked first thing Friday morning - AS Music for our May trip (first SWW!). Of course I'm still crossing my fingers for an extra AP discount but at least we're booked (with a discount)!

Thanks all!

If you're booking an entirely new reservation yes. In fact, in the past, the online booking has begun as early as midnight....giving people online a seven hour head start.

I have POR booked for early May for 12 nights with a package. I was planning on phoning first thing Monday morning to see if I could apply the discounts and change to BC the last 5 nights.

Should I be worried there will not be any availability for me by the time I get through? Am I better off to book new package/room only online and phone later to cancel my original booking?

I don't know why I am so stressed out about this! Lol

I am so glad I checked the threads today!!! I will call first thing on Monday to see if I can get a discount on my Contemporary room. Thanks all!

I will booking our rooms online.
I have read they load the discounts onto the website at midnight, but can anyone let me know what time zone??
Just doing it from Australia, thanks:thumbsup2

My assumption would be EST since they use it for everything else.

I am going with my pop and staying at POP Century April 29th thru May 7th. I have to be at work at 7:30am. So my question is should I be alright trying to get a discount applied to my package after 5:30pm or will I be out of luck. We already have a room requested in the 50's building facing hourglass lake near a smoking section for my dad. Will I be able to keep that request for him or have to change it. I have been waiting for a discount to come which is why I have not paid the trip off entirely yet.

I was able to get $800 off my Wilderness Lodge ressie.
The odd thing is the CM couldn't tell me exactly what the offer was... I was shocked I got it using my Disney debit.

I plan on calling Monday, 7am on the dot. Anyone have any advice as to the quickest way to speak to a CM? There just seem to be so many hoops to jump through before speaking to a CM. Just want to prepared for Monday!

Silly question but I am assuming they start answering at 7:00 am Orlando time? Is that correct?

Is this just room only or dining deals. I am staying 5/9-5/17 at art of animation
What kind of deal could I get
