Yay for the POR upgrade! I got those little DVC sliders on my MBs. They came while we were away on the Road Trip!

Omg a week today! We will be at airport waiting for VS15 to board for MCO! I can't believe it so excited!

This week..

Last moment panic packing...taking things in and out of suitcase...

Jo's last day at work Friday. Home early to make dinner as I am in hospital getting my infusion treatment and pumping me full of steroids at same time oh my ( they want me to have the best time lol )

Saturday Me resting Jo drop off Huey to his breeders for his little holiday with his sister Tiger Lilly.

Saturday PM haircuts!

Sunday up to Gatwick hotel ( McDonalds on route )

Monday fly! Check into POR

I am soooo excited for you! That last week before a Disney trip is just so much fun - I am right on the edge of my seat with anticipation with you. I can't wait to see your trip report while you're there too especially your report from POR & SSR since we will be staying at them for the first time this August. Wow! I didn't realize you had moved your trip up two days! I wish we went to a hotel the night before we fly. It's always a mess for us. We are going to band and dont get home until 11PM. Then I have to put the suitcases in the car, load our scooters and we have to wake up at 3 AM, leave before 4AM to be at the airport by 4:30AM for a 6:30AM flight.

Anyways yours sounds much more civilised! I'm so glad that you have everything under control.

Do you still have my phone number? Will you have a different one than you had last Fall? I hope this trip you and Jo get a chance to meet Fran.

oh my re you getting up so early you poor things! Oh we love the hotel the night before. Sit and have a drink and my Jo can unwind. Then the vacation starts! That moment. It's great *** our airline does a twilight check in also so we can check in all our luggage walking on to the flight the next day!

We are getting a new tracphone. I will send you the number. I do have a number for you. I will email it to you and you can let me know if its changed

How long does it take for you to travel from the UK to WDW? Do you sleep the whole way? Is it a big time difference?

My DH hates flying so we drive to WDW, it's like 20+ hrs, ugh I hate it! I can't sleep in car, so I go a bit stir crazy.

Update! I upgraded our All Star music 2 nights to Port Orleans Riverside! Got a great last minute deal! We love this resort so I'm thrilled to tell DW later. I have printed out some photos of the resort and put them in an envelope that says 'Disney Friday Mystery challenge'. She has to guess what resort it is! The last photo is a give away...

We last stayed here in 2008 and we became beloved DVC owners. How special that holiday was. We were actually staying at POFQ for Jo's 40th birthday. Before that we stated at this section Riverside which was then 'Dixie Landings' back in 2000. I paid for it out of working over the millennium. We got a bonus for working over time in IT because of all the fear about the millennium bug. The clock rolled passed midnight...planes did not collide..the banking system where I worked did not implode. All that happened is employes were far richer at the stroke of midnight. We all yelled at one second past 12...Ya we are going to Disney World! Many of us booked!

Loving these Magic Band 'sliders' DVC members are going to get on check in! So excited by any freebie lol..

They are really cool. What a shame that I won't get to go to WDW this year.
