I would have definalty wanted a new hat if they screwed up my DD's name. You deserve what you paid for. And at least when we blame you TK, we do it with sisterly love in our hearts.

I am also really looking foward to your trip and can't wait to see tons of pictures (hey I got one right and now I want my prize.) I am just a little sad that we wont be able to talk for 2 weeks since you now leave the day me and TK get down there.

It was dumb, he left off the last letter in her name, and tried to add it back, but it was practically sideways. It was horrendous!

I half expected to come back and there be something else wrong, but we went over it with a fine-tooth comb (because I was already cranky) and it was perfect.

I'll have my iPhone, so I'll try to be on a bit. I won't pay for internet at WDW, but its possible we'll have it at the off-site hotel, too. I can start on my TR if they have wireless. But if not, then I'll just wait until I'm back home.

But yeah, anyway, back to my phone, so long as the service is okay, I should be able to hop on here a bit.

I will probably tweet from the parks, too. And will definitely be on FB - all pending that I have a signal.

Well, of course GMTA, we're on the DIS, chose the perfect week to go, and only have 13 more days!!!!

I think I'll do a lunch ADR on our first EP day. I'll make it for 6, and if they don't want to join us (or can't afford to), then we'll check-in at 4. I just hate that we're already "ditching" them so much because of other things ... but I don't want to waste a credit either.

Perhaps we'll bump into each other at MK or DTD if you'll be going there for the evening on Tuesday. Save us a seat for MSEP.

Do your friends have annual passes? Some of the restaurants give a discount for an AP on a weekday.

If you all eat together and you are using dining credits, be sure to check your receipt to make sure they took off the correct number of dining credits, charged cash for the correct meals, etc.

They do not have annual passes, they'll be purchasing tickets at the gate, I assume. And I can't see 2-4 days worth of dining to be useful for them to get TiW either.

And thanks for the reminder. We always checked in the past, because servers are human and they can make mistakes, too ... and I'd rather address an issue as it pops up, not later in the week.

They are joining us in the parks. They've been to the parks before, but said it was years ago. Once they heard we were going, they asked if they could tag along. So they will be buying park passes, but not sure how many days. They've only asked to join us for Tony's and Biergarten, so I am just assuming that we won't meet them before Wednesday. We haven't really talked much about it - other than we want pics of us in front of the castle for our guild site. But since it will probably just be 2 days with them, so two quick meals and two table meals (or 1 quick and 3 table), I don't see it being worth the cost for them to buy a TiW card.

But they are 100% for sure joining us for touring the parks. Hoping to have their list of must-dos by this weekend so I can make sure they get to see stuff they wanna see.

But if we were just wanting to meet up with them, that would have been a SUPER idea! And I wouldn't have thought of it. Thank you for your insightfulness!

Today ... I am doing the single digit dance!

However, I am not as excited as I should be ... because DS is sick. Both kids have their own nebulizers, but DS's rarely gets used (thank goodness). I had to pull it out last night. I'm worried that he's trying to develop pneumonia. He was supposed to graduate PK today, but he can't go because he has a mild fever and can't stop coughing.

Whatever it is he has, I'm now worried that DD will get. If she comes down with pneumonia, odds are pretty good that she'll end up hospitalized.

So I'm kind of freaking out right now. I'm waiting for the doctor to call me back to see what she thinks.

On a more positive note, I did online check-in yesterday. I had issues with the system, it kept saying I couldn't add room request to my rez. I was trying to check the box for ground floor and transportation. I called the hotline and they said it was because I was booked through a TA. I'm not going to even start about how this CM rubbed me the wrong way by talking to me like I was 4 ... but if I can't tick a box on a website, it should state on the website why I can't tick the box. (I could tick the boxes, but when I saved, it gave me an error and said I couldn't add room requests.)

I called my TA to verify Casitas 4 or 5, ground floor, near trasnportation. She says its on there.

I still haven't had a chance to talk to DH about the how/when/where of surprising the kids. I'm sure that we will let them figure it out on their own - as we drive through the gates. But we have to come up with a valid reason to get them in the car and keep them from driving us crazy the whole trip.

I told my dad the other night. He took it really well. He offered to loan us his SUV. So at least now we don't have to worry about trunk space for the luggage. I also asked dad to consider going with us next year. I hope he does - for the kids sake. It will be memories to last them a lifetime, and he'll be in awe of how happy they are at WDW.

My to-do list is dwindling down:
DD needs PJs and another shirt or two
finish packing the kids
start packing myself
create packing checklist for DH
verify he packed everything on the checklist
create itinerary booklet for kids
empty out kids piggy banks
go to bank for cash/coins
tip enevelopes for mousekeeping
scrub house down
make sure mom, dad, sister will check on cat
leave cash hidden in case cat needs something while we're gone

On the 21st, I'll swap cars with dad, finish packing the last minute stuff, install DVD player in SUV, put activity bag for kids in middle seat, load up car, doze for a bit, and then LEAVE!

I'm just hoping that everyone is feeling better. Fingers are crossed that we are all healthy in 9 days!!!

Yes, I'd much rather everyone get sick NOW than when its Disney time!

Im just worried that by the time we get there, I'll be the one to come down with something. But I'd rather me be sick at WDW than the kids. At least if they're well, DH can run them around.

Thanks for the well wishes! He's a good sport when he's not well, so its easy to get stuff done around HERE ... just can't do any running with him. DD, on the other hand, won't allow me to leave her sight, so it would be worse for her to fall ill.

I am sooo sorry that DS is sick! You knew he just wasn't right earlier this week . I am just getting over a horrible cough from that weird cold I had a couple of weekends ago. I actually did the kids nebulizer at one point and DH's inhaler. It felt like it was going straight to the lungs. I even pulled a muscle in my stomach from coughing so hard (I was thinking it might have been a hernia ). I would definitely keep both kids on the nebulizer and maybe add Mucinex for DS so it's easier for him to get the mucus up and out. I will keep you all in my thoughts and pray that no one else gets it.

I sure hope you son gets well soon! My oldest use to get pneumonia once or twice a year when we lived up north. I understand how quickly it can turn dangerous. Hopefully ds will feel better soon. Is he taking an oral steroid too?

Our son's best recovery was always a trip down here. He does great in hot and humid, but his breathing doesn't do well in cold and damp climates. In 1999, he was hospitalized 4 times and each time we took a road trip from the north to the south and he get well so quickly! After the last hospitalization his pediatrician said we should move to a more temporate climate and that is how we ended up in central Florida. He hasn't had pneumonia or any hospitalizations due to breathing since we moved here in 2000!!!

Hopefully your daughter won't catch it from him!!

That's so sad he missed his graduation. Anakin had his last night from Kindergarten.

So sorry for the bad online check-in experience. Hopefully, everything will be a breeze when you check into CSR!

DS isn't on any steroids, but DD does Pulmicort 2x a day.

DD's asthma/allergy doctor has already recommended we move, but we can't afford it right now, even if we wanted to. She had done so well the past couple of years, and then turned around and is still struggling this year. I'm hoping that whatever he has, she doesn't get, but at least she has a head start on treatment if she does.

I do hate to hear that Anakin struggled so much, too. It's not only rough on the little ones, its rough on us seeing them sick so much. I'm glad that the move has really helped him!!

How was Anakin's graduation? I bet he had a blast!

The online check-in was fine, just frustrating - well, moreso when I called than anything. I'm so looking forward to seeing CSR in person!
