May 2008 Waitlist Thread

I didn't see one any where so I thought I would start a Waitlist Thread for May 2008 if that's okay.

I currently have a 2 Bedroom at BWV booked for 5/18-5/23 but am on the waitlist for AKV Savannah View. (Which I had for 5/24-5/30, but changed our dates)

Anyone waitlisted for May 2008?

Right now we are booked at BWV for May 16-22, but we are on the waitlist for either BWV or BCV for May 2- 7. We are okay going the later dates but really wanted the earlier ones. Hope your waitlist comes through for you

We had AKV Studio SV changed to BCV May 5-9

No wait list for us. We are booked at OKW in a GV for May 17-24.

I was positive i would join you on this thread, but I was able to book a gv for a week the 7th-14th this afternoon. I was shocked. They had a lot of availability. I was looking at okw and ssr though, so not the most in demand resorts. I would have loved a gv at boardwalk, but that is just not a reality at 4 months out!

We got on the waitlist yesterday, we are staying at BCV 28 April till 4 May. Then 4 -8 May at AKV, we decided to try and change that part. Nothing available except SSR. So now we are waitlisted for those 4 days at BCV or WL. If nothing comes through, AKV will not be a hardship!

Has anyone had any luck recently or have you been added to the list? I am still waiting for some Pixie Dust for our 2 Bedroom Savanah view at AKV.

We're going to VB for a couple of days before we head to SSR. We have a ressie at VB for 5/26-5/28 and are waitlisted for 5/25. We've been on the wailist for about 2 months.......man, I hope it comes thru!!!!!!! (it's a 2BR)

Well, I am changing my ressie to a one bedroom since DH's family will not be coming with us. If I could get through to MS today maybe I'll get lucky.

We are at SSR April 27 thru May 2. I am waitlised for a 2 bedroom at AKL (partial or entire visit) for both Savanna view and Concierge level. I may add partial / complete visit waitlists for VWL and BCV.

I finally got through to MS. I changed to a 1 bedroom at BWV. We have Preferred 5/18-5/21, then Boardwalk View 5/22. I waitlisted for Boardwalk view the complete time so well see. I'll be happy with what I have but I would really rather not move my last night.

I am waitlisted for a studio at OKW for 1 night on May 22. It's the Thursday before Memorial Day, but I was kind of surprised to hear no OKW studios over 3 months out… Here's hoping the waitlist comes through!

I'm still waiting on VWL Studio for May 4 - May 9. Hopefully there will be some cancellations as we come up on the thirty day mark here in a few weeks. Got my fingers crossed!

Your family is so cute! I'm at SSR right now, which I love and don't mind at all. My sister and her family are camping at Fort Wilderness those dates and it is my nieces' first WDW trip. I thought meet up and stuff would be easier if I moved to VWL, but so far no luck.
