Hope everyone is having a great Mothers' Day!!!

Jane, Sonya, and everyone else who's already down in Orlando: Hope you all had safe trips and are having a great time at WDW!!!

Mati: I now it would help you to know everyone's tasting time preference, but I just can't decide. I don't think I can handle margaritas and martinis on the same day...:rolleyes1 (Especially if having a few DODs by the pool!)

Ladies: I don't have high tea ressies either (despite staying up past 2 am on booking night), but will try to go to Rockin Bar D when we board. I'll go ahead and book 2 people, so hopefully that will allow someone to join us!

I finished our sail day t-shirts today (and thankfully did not screw them up)! They were actually so fun to do that I'm tempted to make us some type of pirate night shirt as well.

Only 6 more days!!!

Happy Mothers day To all Moms!

We will be leaving in 3 sleeps (As ash says!)

We cant wait till we make it to Prinston WV on wednesday:banana: then Daytona Beach on thursday and friday:woohoo:! Then set sail on saturday! VERY EXCITING! :yay:

Everything is done, but I do know were going to forget something!!!!:cloud9:

I was wondering if anyone else was on the Grand Cayman Island Tour at 11:30am...

we are doing the Rays, Reef and Rum Point Tour with Native Way on GC...any more word on Cozumel?

And a special happy mother's day to our very own DIS Thread mom -VAL!

On Saturday we finished up the FE stuff and made magnets. I bought a Xyron machine for my business and we used that. Had some 40% off coupons for the craft store so that always helps!:thumbsup2 Can I just say that thing ROCKS!!!!!!! If you haven't seen one, it is a machine (comes in lots of sizes, we got the biggest) that you feed the paper into, turn the crank and your done! No batteries, no heat, no cords... nothing. There are a couple different cartridges. One turns anything you can feed into it into a sticker. The other laminates and the 3rd one, is laminated on one side and magnetic on the other!!!! The cartridge was about $20ish dollars with the 40% off coupon & is about 10 feet long. I printed the graphics onto reg printer paper and fed it into the machine. I wish I had taken a photo of our several feet long mag paper we rolled out. We were feeding one right after the other to reduce waste and I swear we had about 6 feet of mags coming out of that machine before we cut it! Pretty cool and totally cheaper that magnetic printer paper, plus it laminates one side. :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Between our 4 rooms we rolled out almost the whole 10 feet! DH's GF was cutting them with the paper cutter and they look perfect. If anyone still has mags to do, it was totally worth the money!!! I can't wait to use the adhesive cartridge. I'm sure it's great for scrap booking and way faster than using the rolling adhesive!

Switching gears....
For my wedding we served my signature drink, champagne and cranberry juice. I've heard it called a cranberry fizz before. They are really good and super simple to make.

I can't believe that we are leaving to head to FL in just 4 days!!!! I can't wait!

And a special happy mother's day to our very own DIS Thread mom -VAL!

Awww, you're so sweet!! Thanks! :grouphug:

Your machine sounds awesome!! :thumbsup2

So is anyone interested in doing the Cognac or whiskey tastings? I see the martini tastings were both sea days on the May 2nd sailing, but I don't think we had the second sea day listed as an option. Justin & I are still trying to decide when to do them all with so many options. We'll obviously have to split them up between the two days (Justin may not need to, but I will!) but we need to decide which ones to do on which days!!

Not much action around here today, which is probably a good thing! We all must be getting lots of packing done!!

We're on that one! :) It's good to see we'll know someone on there incase we get lost in Hell (lol!)

Happy Mothers Day to everyone! We just got done having a picnic supper for my mom and grandma with a combo birthday for my grandpa. My parents brought over all their pictures from the Florida Keys from last week since they just returned. They said they like the Blonde Giraffe's key lime pie on a stick best and that the servings were a little larger than the one's at Kermit's. They also were shocked at the chickens roaming around everywhere! Oh, and that some of the bars at night were very interested! :rolleyes1

They did get pictures for me last Sunday of our beautiful Disney Magic docked and also sailing out to sea. I noticed the itenerary says that they leave port at 7:30 but my parents said they thought it was about 7:10 when it pulled out. Oh, this time next week that will be us!!!!! :cheer2:

I've never tried cognac, but I was thinking about it... I might be interested in giving it a shot, assuming that I haven't had too much prior to that! Adam likes it ok and says it's good for dipping a cigar into... (I definitely won't be doing that!) I do like trying new things and find tastings to be a good forum for that (and cheaper than trying 5 different things at a bar)!

Andy and Ashley: Have a great trip down! Sounds like you are going to have a really nice road trip in a perfect car!

We are so excited to pack up and leave, its been a long time since we took a vacation!! lol

GREAT!!! thats what Ash and I were thinking! :rotfl2:

Were Still up for Dinner/ice cream on wednesday night, right?

Absolutely! Just give me a call. :thumbsup2 Have you all made reservations for that night or are you just playing it by ear?

Hmmm, that counds interesting, but I won't be trying that one. Whisky sounds fun, I don't think I could drink it straight though. I do like Whisky Sours! Even though I'm not putting Jason or I down for a tasting we are still thinking about a few of them, but it will be a last minute decision I'm sure!

Mati-Do you think it would be possible to send me the list you are putting together on Tuesday night??? That way I can get it added into our Mini-Navs on Wednesday so I can print them.

Ahhhhh! I'm getting so excited! :cloud9:

I asked DH if he would like to try the cognac tasting and he said that he would give it a shot. I will probably just tag along with him. Do you know how much the tastings are?
