Does anyone know what time the wonder should be docking from Hawaii in San Pedro - were stopping at the doubletree and if we're not totally jetlagged it would be awesome to watch it come in!

Usually it omes in about 6-6:30 AM. However, last weekend we were camping right near the port and got to watch her come in and it was almost 7:30.

We booked a tour that will take us to the Gardens. Cruise Vic toria. It's more affordable then the DCL excursion and you don't have a set time to leasve the gardens.

Try the family board on the main page for recipe exchanges. I have seen threads up there before. Or you can ask there and probably get more responses! I don't really cook lol. The only casserole I have really done is green chili enchilada casserole

We plan to walk and explore the city. They offer a hop on hop off bus there too. The gardens are really beautiful if you haven't ever been there before.

72 hours! Very jealous! We have a 12 hour flight on Sunday until we arrive in San pedro!

I'm doing the Adult Only Butchart Garden tour first thing in the morning, then I booked a tea time at the Empress on my own. They accept reservations through OpenTable.com. It was really easy.

We did the pub crawl last year, but not sure what we are going to do this time around.

just WONDER-ing ... u have done this b2b six times and no worries with the passenger vessel services act?? my cruise critic buddies are saying i will be stranded and not allowed to take b2b or fined 300 dollars

We are not doing the B2B this time, just the Repo. Also, this is our 6th cruise, not the 6th time up the coast (only our 2nd time up the coast). Last year they did not hassle us about moving, we kept the same rooms, we just had to leave and explore the city on our own, then check back in.

I guess this is not the right time to mention that I have a 45 minute ride to the port from the house and a 5 minute ride home from the airport on the way back?

I am so jelous I have to work all the way to Friday, and then try to pack while the guys are at thier mother's for mother's day on Saturday/Sunday.

We flew in early and have been at Disneyland these past two days. It's super hot during the day and then pretty darn cold at night. My feet are already sore. Good thing we're taking a break and renting a car to drive around LA the next few days.

Today was the last real hot day for the week. Good luck on the driving around town (suggest listening to KNX 1070 AM for traffic on the 5's) for the traffice reports to help out.

Just found out that one of my brothers booked this cruise at the last minute! He decieded to surprise my mother for mother's day by joining us. (of course I had to jump through hoops to get him linked into us for the correct dining rotation and add him to our Palo Ressie!) He will be down in 2 fwd, but does not do the FE. It will be nice to have him at dinner with us. Those at the dining tables with us will find him very interesting to talk to as he is quite accomplished.
