Hi Mayers!!

As some of you know...we're leaving tonight & driving straight thru to POP tomorrow. It's about a 13 - 14 hour trip.

You'll definitely be able to spot us in the parks ....
DH BROKE HIS BIG TOE TODAY & THE DOCTOR TOLD HIM TO RENT A SCOOTER DURING OUR TRIP.

So just look for a family in matching Disney shirts & a DH (40yo) riding a scooter. Oh brother!!

You'll definitely be able to spot us in the parks ....
DH BROKE HIS BIG TOE TODAY & THE DOCTOR TOLD HIM TO RENT A SCOOTER DURING OUR TRIP.

So just look for a family in matching Disney shirts & a DH (40yo) riding a scooter. Oh brother!!

Well now he gets to ride around on a scooter and put put around the World I cannot even begin to imagine how annoying that is going to be.

My dad went to the Dr. and unfortunately has to have more surgery on his heart RIGHT when we get back! THe Dr. wanted him in yesterday, but his Dr. was very unrealistic about recovery time! He told him he could go in for surgery on wed. then be out today and on the plane by friday!!?!?! We thought it better to wait as it is not a life threatening thing bothering him, and the Dr. said it could wait if he wanted to. So we have that to deal with when we get back

Aw... Well, glad the doctor says it can wait, that is definitely a good thing.

Alright am I the only one thinking that today should be FRIDAY?!?!?!

This week is waaaaaaayyyy slow!

No, you're not the only one! I can't believe how slow today dragged...and I work on a computer, so I watched the minutes just creep by on the stupid little clock in the corner

I'm having 2nd thoughts about travel dates...I wish we'd gone last week (I think the weather would be better & there wouldn't be so much smoke from the wildfires)..I checked weather.com earlier & for the weather, all it said next to Orlando was "smoke".

Accuweather and Intellicast both are saying breezy and some thunderstorms -- hopefully that will clear up the smoke.

I am packing and packing and trying to cram as much stuff as I can into the luggage and I'm running out of room!!!!!!!

OMG, I know. I bought some of those special packing bags, that you cram things into, then squeeze out the excess air so they lay more flat. Hopefully that will help.

YIKES! Sorry to hear that! But, you're still going, and will still be able to get around. My sister and her family are making their first trip (arriving just a few days after us), and this will be her first vacation with a wheelchair (she usually walks with a cane, but would just be too hard at WDW). So I know it will be challenging at times, but she will be at Disney!!!
