'Morning Mayers! Looks like the excitement is building for our trips! I just have to ask. . .is anyone else here not packed at all? I have 10 days to go and haven't even started packing yet! AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! I have trip stuff scattered everywhere in my house, but nothing packed!

*Katiebell raises her hand timidly* Well, I got most of my shopping done, though! Most of it...

Work...gotta make the money to pay the bills to go to Disney!!!

Also still need to just get the house ready for us leaving since I *HATE* coming back to a dirty house. I'm not even making dinner tonight. I think I'll pick up some chicken or something from popeyes! Our fridge is bare! We don't even have anything to drink besides 1/2 a bottle of grape juice and some water! LOL 1st thing when we come back is a visit to the grocery store.

Yep, we went to Costco tonight, and I kept saying...we don't want to buy that, we'll be gone in a week!

ETA- a quick comment on the "seeing eye child" (what I call kids on leashes). I am all for them.

Yep, pain meds can be lots o' fun...I'm on a new one for my arm, just started this week, and realized at work today that I....was...feeling...a little...loooooooopyyyyy.....

Things I have learned today about my sons...

1. They can't read signs.
2. They don't know how to turn off the water to the toilet.
3. They don't know how to use a plunger.
4. They are afraid of their own pee and poop.
5. They don't care we have white carpet.

And I thought I had moved on from all of this...but not today. I need another pill.

everything seems so real- sulley is headed to WDW, and soon we will all be there. ()have a great trip sulley )

we had our family disney meeting last night with SIL and MIL, it went really well, and I am feeling much more confident about everything. I had a pretty restless night though just laying awake with excitement.

but this time next week I will be on a plane to disney.

Good morning!!! This time next week we should be almost to the train station in Fla. I had last night off and I tossed and turned all night, thinking of my list and things to do still this week.

I can't belive this is our last weekend before we go. We have been talking about going to Disney since our last trip in 93 when we were there for our honeymoon. Now we have 2 great kids to go with us.

DD and I got our haircut and are looking very summery(wonder if that is even a word). Today is going to fly by, DD has dance then we are all going to a birthday party at 3:00pm until late. The people having the party like to party late.

I'm actually on my may to get one of those "leashes". Hey it doesn't matter what people say and the end of the day you are the parent and your DD safety should be the only thing in your mind. At first i was worried about the same thing but you know what after reading everyones comments on the topic i am going to use one. I'll be the other mayer with a DD and the end of the rope....

Busy day yesterday. Work, ds had a Scavenger Hunt field trip and didn't need to be at school until 8:30, so two trips for school drop off. Dd had a haircut, birthday party sleepover. We had to get a gift and a card.

Most importantly, dh, ds, and I went to Spiderman 3. Here we are at the movie: It was a cool movie. I had not seen the other 2 movies. DS has seen them so he was splainin' it to me as the movie went along. The creator of Spiderman was in the movie. I recognized him because he was on Identity.

I can't believe Sulley is in the world! She has returned to the muddaland!

Lake, give us a little hint about your name?

Huggie how was the big party? Did you go to the midnight show of superman? Did you sneak it in and lie to the sitter saying that the party just ran really late?

Busy day today, pick up dd at sleepover, hope that she slept. She has recital this afternoon. Then I become make-up artist like Jo as well as a hairdresser and Dippity do her bun. Yada Yada. I will have to kick the boys and make them behave. Dance recital is not their favorite activity. I make them put on their happy pants and act like they like it. We girls sit thru lots of sports for them. The guys really are good sports sorta. They are also required to buy flowers and present them to the dance princess.

I need to tan, exercise and maybe shop. Do you think there is time for all of that?
