Hi guys!

We leave for Charleston tomorrow. DH keeps teasing me about leaving him on Father's Day. I told him he could relax all day. We will take him out for Breakfast in the AM and then get on the road.

So the US Open is here in Pittsburgh. DH went on Thursday and had a fun time. Shelly, is your Hubby interested in golf?

Oh!!!!!! Okay, so you all know how much I Michael Buble. Guess who's coming to town in August and guess who is getting to go ( I think if we can still get tix...)! I am so excited.


I have laundry to do and packing to start. Why oh why am I a procrastinator whan it comes to this sort of thing???

I'll check back later. MAYers, don't let this thread die! I will be so disappionted if it does.

Thanks for the Dole Whip! Now, if I could only be sitting here eating one...

Why can't technology come up with something like that? You imagine it, you want it, you immediately have the taste of it in your mouth, and then it's over with. Kind of like a passing vapor. Wow. That would cure over indulging!

I think I'll stick to the original way of craving and then eating something til you get ill.

Hiya everyone! Dad is doing really well. He has a nurse that comes to see him and that works out great and gives everyone a break!! He has been running a fever as of late and if he still has it tomorrow, they will ask him to go back in b/c it could be a sign of infection! but other than that he is really doing great!

Jo: Have a great time in Charleston. If we ever drive to WDW, I think we're going to stay overnight in Charleston. I've heard it's a lovely place!! (Oh, and I love Michael Buble' too!! We listen to his music a lot around here!

Have a nice time in Charleston JO! Nope my DH doesn't golf. I don't know why. . . I always tell him golf would be just his speed!! He likes to take his time about things. I have to drag him and the kids through Disney World!!!!

Does anyone remember when the MAY special came out last year??? I think it was called "MAY your way" or something, with the free park hopper and water parks and more. . . Just curious. . .I booked our trip in January, but wondered if that deal was actually out sooner than that?

Just checking in to say hi Things have been super busy lately -- back to work 5 hours a day, see the dr. again the end of this month to see if I am going back full time, having surgery again, or I have an MRI scheduled for this Friday night, and I'm really claustrophobic, so pretty nervous about that -- has anyone had one? We'll see how it goes. DH's daughter and granddaughter have been visiting for this last week...wow, forgot what it's like to have a 2 year old around

Hot day here in Windsor- and the pool and deck are completely finished, so a happy father's day for my DH to just relax. (Hope all the other dad's had a great day too.)

I have been busy scrapbooking all my disney pictures this week...and I am wishing I was still there. (so jealous of all of you planning your next trips already.) I have to get as much done on the scrapbook album (which I of course bought at Disney) as I can, before I leave in three weeks for my month long road trip to the Canadian Rockies!

So many of the pictures remind me of some of you-for example- the first day at MGM when I met New Crew on the bus on the way to Breakfast with the Playhouse Disney gang, my Fantasmic pictures, when Huggie was sitting just two rows in front of me, just a day after meeting at Chef Mickey's. And I can't forget the fact that we were not even there an hour before we met Michelle at the entrance at Pop Century.

Jo - Have a great vacation! DH watched the Open this weekend. He said they will be partying in the streets in Argentine or wherever the guy was from who one.

Lake - I am so impressed that you have your photos printed. Mine are still on my cards! I remember that morning on the bus. You were going to an early breakfast and we were trying to be first in line for the turnstiles for regular entry.

Sea - Snooty is so lucky. Now a job at DL? What's next?

Sully - I sneak over to see your pics all the time. I just love them! Call me a lurker.

My kids are off to summer camp this week. They are so excited. I have been packing them all weekend!

I check air fare to MCO everyday. How pathetic is that?

I have managed to kick my carbs this week. Now if I can stay off them all summer. You guys have no idea what it does to me to look at those Dole Whip pics. You are killing me!!!
