oh wow if they have it during the time we are there I might do it also... what are the dates you are going???

I'm considering changing to POP that will save me an additional $300 .... but i so want to stay at CBR.... MAYers help me out..... what should I do.....

I vote for POP! (I have no experience, I am just hoping that it's worth it!)
Then with the $$$ you save you and your DD can do more fun stuff like the P&PP party or the HDDR!!!

It's not super drastic, but I just got a $30 credit because my airfare dropped! I didn't think that AirTran did that, but I just got it! The only problem is that I have to use this credit within 1 year from today.... What are the chances that I will be flying anywhere 6 months after we take a disney trip

Oh well, I am going to see if they keep dropping and I'll just call and see if I can keep getting credits - naybe they'll keep changing the dates...

I think i might switch to POP only because i think my DD would love all the color there better but she will love the pool and CBR..... so far i have CBR booked but we'll see what happens... oh yeah my DH said that is my anniversary and xmas present oh yeah he might make that my bday present too... but hey i don't care... i get to go to WDW....

so does anybody know how this ADR system is working do i still call at 180 if so then i have to call in 7 days....

You can call at 180 days for CM, CRT and V&A only. They are still working on their system, so it's suggested that you call back like once a week to see when it's up and running for the rest of your ADR's.

When you call at 180 for CM's I would ask them - You never know! There may be some pixie dust!

That is an awesome gift for all of the above! The pirate ship pool does look AWESOME, but we don't swim in the pool much, so it wasn't an issue for us. We will jump in for a minute - cool off swim around with each other for a little bit and then stare at each other like "Hmmm, now what"

So we figured that the pool at POP was just as wet as at CBR. Although, I do really want to go back to CBR eventually! And the Poly That is my dream resort. Bob says that we can stay there for a "big" anniversary like 5 or 10. We were too poor to afford it for "1"

That's funny... we'll i'm planning on staying at the resort 1 day out of the trip to enjoy the pool and such.... so i guess CBR would be better..... they have a little playground and everything....

Oh, you guys...congrats to all of you who are getting these fabulous deals!!!

I talked to my friend who lives in Long Beach, we've known each other since we were 6...we had lost touch with each other over the years, but recently found each other again. I asked her if she'd like to meet up with Brrt and me at DL, and she said heck yeah, she has an AP! So we'll meet with Sea and his crew on Saturday, my childhood friend on Sunday, and my work friend and her mom on Monday

Mari, I am sure CBR is beautiful (from the pics I've seen), but if it's just you and your DD, I bet she would like the Pop just as well, especially since she is so little. There's lots of bright colors and wild decorations, it's kind of like walking through a giant coloring book To a kid that young, a pool is a pool -- if the water is clean and wet, then it's great! I know that Brrt and I really liked POFQ, but we stayed at Pop our first time, and it was fun too. It really depends on how much time you will actually spend at the hotel, and what you'll be doing there. We only ate at the FQ food court twice, and it wasn't all that different than the Pop (except for the beignets ). We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of times, but only went swimming once. The laundry room wasn't any better or worse between FQ and Pop. We thought we'd go to the lounge once or twice, but never made it back to the resort early enough. For a grown up trip, I'd probably go for FQ again, or one of the other moderates, but if I was taking my DGD (almost 4), I'd seriously consider Pop. I could think of a lot of things to do with $300

Hello to everyone.
I've been keeping up- congrats to Mari for the trip and congrats to Rf and Shelly for saving so much! That's awesome!

I know that Disney said it was a huge deal- and it seems that it was!

Mark and i have kicked it around- booking- for May, but I just can't make myself do it. Imagine that. There IS a slim to none chance that we will be going to Hawaii this summer, so I guess I need to wait and see on that.

I really enjoyed CBR. Really! I would definitely stay there again- but I think my fave is still POFQ. I prefer the smallness of the resort, versus the large feel to CBR. I think that is the only reason. I'm glad that we were in Jamaica, b/c I don't think I would have enjoyed being anywhere else on the property. As far as POP... not a fan. I know some of you really like it- it's just not for us.

Has anyone been to the P&P party yet? I loved MNSSHP- I mean LOVED it. It was so wonderful. The parade was phenomenal. MUCH better than Spectro- and I love that parade!

However- it seems that crowds have tripled in October since we went in 2006- so I'm pretty sure we won't ever go back in October again. And it was my favorite month- boo hoo! I read some people say that they thought the crowds were light. I was like- hum- not what I have in my pictures, but okay- you can go back if ya wanna- (May was much nicer. )

We are so happy to have some down time- been really really struggling with MCat and her school work and Principal- oh man, don't get me started.
Anyway- The Gators play tomorrow night, but other than that, we got nothin.

Our weekend is pretty busy too - don't know if we are going to make it down to DLR because of Bat's Day on Sunday and Veteran's Day holiday on Tuesday. I suspect the parks will be a bit crowded. But hey, that hasn't stop us in the past.
