I didn't realize you were going this weekend Mari! Have a good time!

DH and I have been talking about going away for a night this fall, after soccer season of course. Maybe early November. We have not been anywhere without the children since our 5th anniversary (in 2003) trip to the Poconos. So I think we are long overdue! I know it should get easier to leave the kids the older they get but for me for some reason it gets harder. I know, I'm weird! We would only go for one night and not sure where yet. Would like to find someplace within a few hours or so from here that we have not been to.

Sulley- thanks for the report- hope the crowds stay abit low for our trip- I m looking forward to F&W- I printed out the menus of what they all have, LOL. And then I highlighted where I wanted to eat and put notes in the margins--- I am such a dork.

Shelly- I would so recommend Nemacolin- to go to for a couple of days rest. It is so relaxing and peaceful- and beautiful. The spa is awesome. Have a look-http://www.nemacolin.com/CHATEAU We stayed in the Chateau part, but I ate at Falling Rock and it is unbelievable.

Oh I'm jealous a sleeve sniffer..... oh i wish i had a sleeve to sniff.... I didn't even realize i was in the double digits... YAY.....

I can't wait... it will be so fun having all 25 of us there. That is going to be alot of people. THe only ADR I made was for 1900 Parkfare for 7 of us. Nobody could make up thier mind so i just said forget it.... i'll make my own...and i'm still crossing my fingers for our trip in May but it's very doubtful... oh well what can I do....

HI!!!

We had an absolutely fabulous, wonderful, amazing time!!!!!!

We got in at 11:00 last night (which felt like 2:00 because we are West Coast), and we are sooooooo exhausted. But the trip was so great -- we got to do almost every single thing we wanted and had some fun surprises and magic, too. Took a million pics -- will try to pick out the best 1000 and try to get started on my trip report today.

Sulley -- we looked for you, rode MS several times, but guess we just missed ya

Sea -- Happy Happy Birthday!!! Definitely thought of you when we rode Toy Story, we loved that ride. I got an Eve pin, but we couldn't find WallE anywhere! Have you seen one?

Jo -- love that sleeve-sniffin'! WOW, we really loved POFQ and we'd definitely go back. We ended up wayyyyyyyy back in building 7 though, and I would ask for 4 or 5 for sure next time -- near the pool, the food court, the laundry room, the bus stop...

I was around I'm sure....sometimes though we get lost in Space and only see the 40 people coming through our room every 5 minutes and no one else ....and if you came on Mon or Tues, I wasn't wearing the correct nametag....I was Susan those days

hey, guys...I'm having trouble posting pics...I use the insert image icon, and copy the image location from Snapfish -- and I can see the pic just fine. Then I click "preview" and it no longer shows the pic, just the code for the image location. Any ideas?

And thanks for the pic advice, NC. My two problems seemed to be that I use Snapfish -- great for storage, editing, and prints, but evidently doesn't work well to post on message boards So I moved individual shots to Photobucket, and that's when I discovered problem #2 -- that shots taken with my cheap little camera can't be successfully re-sized larger without the quality seriously suffering Ah well, I can still post some of them, and DH got a lot of great pics too that are easier to see. Hope you enjoy the report!
