Good morning, guys
Man oh man, I've got the post-Disney blues...I want to go back so bad

Having fun with the trip report, though...and I have a bunch of scrapbooking stuff to play with once I have prints made, so that will be fun too. Glad I took a few extra days here at home. I have tons to do, but not much energy or motivation, so I clean a little bit, post a little bit, throw in a load of laundry, work on the next post for the trip report...

I really need to get the oil changed in my car but do NOT want to go out today. I have a massage appointment tomorrow, so maybe I'll leave early and take care of the oil change while I'm out...
Congrats on your banana dance, Jo!!!

(notice I threw in some Mayer Snooties for ya) How exciting to be looking forward to a trip!!!
Thanks for all the DCA info, Sea. A lot of the changes sound interesting and exciting, but of course we are puzzled and dismayed by a couple of them. Why get rid of the Golden Gate replica -- that is perfect for the California theme. And why remove the beautiful sun sculpture -- and we assume, that gorgeous blue wave fountain -- from the main plaza?!?

It's fine if they want to put in that theater replica, but the sun and wave fountain is such a work of art -- it's one of our favorite sights there! There is plenty of room at DCA...frankly, a lot of wasted space...they can surely add things without taking away some of the most beautiful features. The whole agriculture themed section in the middle is ok, but overall kind of boring and takes up way too much space for what it is. I am excited about the new Cars ride, especially if they use Tesk Track technology, I'm sure it will be a lot of fun. And of course, the Little Mermaid Ride should be beautiful.

Kind of funny that they are planning to take the sun off of the Sun Wheel and replace it with a giant Mickey Head -- but then take the giant Mickey Head off of California Screamin' and replace it with a huge sun

Keep me posted on changes, especially when they open the preview center...
Well, supper at either of your houses sounds better than mine tonight

Poor Brrt has a terrible cold, so I'm making homemade chicken soup. My soup is good, but I'd rather have lasagne or fajitas!
Hi to all the rest of the Mayers...off to tackle Mt. Washmore...and then work some more on the trip report (honest, we really did go other places besides Epcot!

)
