As for what I have been doing all day...had two meetings and a bunch of conference calls. Very productive today, got a green light from McDonald's for 90 stores and 9 Sizzler stores just signed on to my program, both for 3 years. I am really excited about McD's, I had been working on that account for 4 months and it just came together in the last 24 hours.

I am now meeting in a half hour with area supervisor for Pizza Hut and seeing what they will do for us. It looks very promising that we will get a multi-location deal too.

We do the graphic design and layout and manufacture the cards. The non-profit, (the Red Cross, local YMCA, Boy/Girl Scouts, Sports Teams) sells the cards.

Consumers love them because they get discounts from their favorite places all year long without having to clip a coupon. The non-profits love the card because the card sells itself and they can raise some good cash in a short period of time. It also makes us happy to know we have helped many worthy organizations in our community.

i will excuse myself now from the thread for not being as excited anymore. Yesterday I went to my OBGYN for more tests. I went about 3 weeks ago and i was told to come back in. Well my DR told me that my cervix is showing signs of abnormality and that it could lead to Cervical Cancer. Then he went and did a Colposcopy and noticed 3 areas of concern and did a Biopsy (that hurt so much to me atleast) and i should have the results in 2 weeks. Now i'm worried....... I'll be like this until I get the results... he really scared me guys.....

Oh my gosh Mari. That is very scary. I'm so sorry you are going through this. Waiting for results is the worst. Please know that we are your friends and are all here for you.

I will definitely be praying for good results.

My meaningless chatter for today. . . . .


I have a sunburn! Yes, can you believe it??? DH got me a 10 tanning session package for Valentine's Day. I haven't been to the tanning bed in about 2-3 years. So I went one day last week. Only went in for about 8 minutes. Didn't notice anything. So I went yesterday and went in for 15 minutes. Now I have a slight burn! Not very smart!


The kids got their report cards yesterday! Another great report for both of them!! I can't believe the school year is 3/4 over!

Oh yeah, and take a look at my ticker:

a sunburn in April is a naturally occuring thing. Oh yeah- I just checked my location...

a little too north for that...

I haven't been to a tanning bed in 2 years- oh dang, actually three-! I used to go all of the time. Then I had a scare that made me afraid of the sun, so I am into fake tanner now. I am just too pale- get burned so quickly.

Good job to your boys!!! I know they were proud.

If I decide to come up your way, I'll let you know. I just don't know when I'd get to do it. The kids schedules are awful.
I have bought so much for my kids from Disneyshopping online it's not even funny. I am waiting for another package right now.

Boys things are so hard to find! Drew is at that really awkward stage where he still like everything, but doesn't necessarily want to wear te shirts, play with the toys...
I just don't know what to do for him, as far as TinkerBelle gifts. I have a whole closet full of stuff for Belle. And Mary Cat, i bought her t-shirts and such (And myself too- we'll match!) we wear the same size, so everything I got for her, I bought the same thing for myself- I am hopeless.

Hey JO! Not sure what's up with this weather. Quite a change from yesterday though. Of course it has to get cold again, we have soccer tomorrow night!

Yes, the boys were very happy with their report cards! So was I! Poor DS8, he was trying so hard for all A's. This was the last report card before Disney. I told him he'd get a huge bonus for all A's. He got 7 A's and 2 B's!

Oh I wanted to ask you guys, what is the average price for the Disney pins??? The Disney warehouse has them for $4.49, $6.49, and $8.49. I had no clue what a good price for them was. . . The boys are doing the lanyard & pin thing this year and they each had one pin. So I got them each one more yesterday. I paid $6.49 each.

And how do you keep them from falling off your lanyard at the parks??? It just seems like the backs could fall off so easily.
