2 stone in weight to come off first though before I buy anything.:sad2:

Marilyn

That is not bad you can do it BUT for me 5 stones:lmao: :lmao: to lose before May - No chance!! I bought a lovely black dress last March for Med Cruise - it didn't fit me now I am thinking I must do proper diet after Hogamany mmmm:eek:

But the wii is great as my kids love it and I try myself and felt worn out after 5 mns my god. I was playing tennis - what a laugh!! My husband said hey maybe you need it every morning to rid of the weight grrrrrr!!!

Scottishwee35:yay:

Oh wow, we haven't had bedazzle talk in a while!

:lmao: :lmao: That's what I was thinking!

It's really crazy....there are so many people out there without insurance and unable to get the care they need.

Kim - so sorry to hear about Savannah. Hopefully the meds work quickly...is she in pain with the rash or just uncomfortable?

One more work day and then four days off! Yeah!

So who makes resolutions around here?:confused3

She still had a fever this morning, and she says the rash hurts, but does not itch. The red lines that were going out from the big bumps are going away so I think the meds are working! I pulled her from skating today again, but hopefully tommorow she will be better.

Kim

Well, I just booked Pop Century for the 1 night in January (only place that had rooms!) I am waitlisted for VWL, but I doubt it will come through as the resort is so booked for the long weekend. We're not going to do any parks, just experience the Disney magic by being on property and probably walking through DTD.

I also booked breakfast at 'Ohana's on Monday am...has anyone does this? Is it any good? Should I feel silly about doing a character breakfast without kids? I did think about Boma's as well.....opinions?

V...I sent you a PM about my travel plans to see if we can meet up. I'll be in Tampa most of the time and less than 24 hours in Orlando.

Kim, great sign that the red lines are going away! Glad to hear she is doing better.

Hi Everybody

I was back to work tonight at 6pm until 10 pm. I was not looking forward to back to work after 6 days break but seem not bad tonight.

I see that more people join in and more boys join in too.

Warning - my daughter (8) she is a toyboy and she always make friend with younger boy.;)

Yesterday, boxing day, we went over to husband's parent for dinner and we had a beef with yorkshire puddings, vegs and mashing potatoes, homemade trifle. It was lovely.

My brother and his new girlfriend with two teenager childrens and the dog are coming over to my house on this Sunday for dinner also Ian's parent too. My husband asked his mum to bring over the homemade yorkshire pudding:love: As my kids love it!! It will be busy day for us on Sunday.

Kim, that is wonderful news. Big sigh from up here in TO.

Jetblue's summer schedule is open right up to September 2nd, 2008. It does not show up on the main page, you have to click into the Book A Flight page.

I was able to book for a flight out of Long Beach to Buffalo, leaving at 9:45 pm arriving in BUF at 9:25 am with a stop at JFK. Could have arrived home at 8:05 am but didn't want to be rushed at JFK. So I have most of the day at DL on the Tuesday, after all the long weekend craziness.

I have my cruise paid, airline tickets booked, DL tickets in hand, ducks are starting to line up!

Any good ideas on what time I should book a shuttle to LGB from DLR?

Great news, work let me stay a full day today to try to make up some lost hours from Christmas. :thumbsup2 I'm very surprised they let me because only 4 out of 9 attorneys were there, so not much work was produced. Oh, I take that back....4 out of 7 attorneys were there. I keep forgetting that 2 quit this month. The newest one was so funny! She was amazed at how quickly I got her stuff done, and she kept complimenting me, but I told her my secret is that I wanted to get the work done quickly so I could get back to the DISboards! :rotfl: Hey, I have my priorities right! LOL!

Here's a thought for you all. I posted on our Repo thread about your theme nights and people got to talking. One said that she just signed up for ballroom lessons.

So this just hit me, you will have this AFTER Cabo, on the way to LA. Dancing with the Stars is on ABC which is part of Disney. What are the chances of you guys having some Dancing with the Stars on your cruise and/or a dance show/competition?

So, the spring DWTS starts on March 17, how many weeks does this show normally run, and where in the schedule will they be on night 14 of the cruise?:rolleyes1

I wish we had Jetblue and Southwest airlines in Atl. I still need to get dh ticket to Orlando in May. The rest of us used points so we are taken care of. On Delta to fly 1 way is as many points as roundtrip so I am waiting for Airtran to have another sale.

Week 8 or 9. I can't remember if the first dance took 2 weeks or they ran it 2 days in 1 week. In checking previos shows DWTS runs 9 weeks so it would end 4 days before the cruise is over unless they skip a week.

very interesting!!!! That would be an awesome surprise if they did something on board!

V....thank you so much....I just bought my ballroom dress from one of your links....nexteve.com. Here's the one I bought and I got it in hot pink.

ballroomdress.jpg

I absolutely fell in love with it and it's a great price so I had to have it. I've been looking for a hot pink dress as well for formal night. Now I have my hot pink ballroom dress. I ordered it 4 sizes smaller than I used to be. I'm already down almost 2 sizes and I'll have to exchange my cocktail length dress that I bought and get it smaller too. I'm so thrilled!

Now no one else is allowed to buy this dress or we will match and we don't want that!

Ok, everyone call me stupid.

I had booked a really cheap flight on AirTran, but I was never comfortable with the idea of flying them, (it's just me don't really enjoy change and I know and love Jetblue.) So today I cancelled that flight, it was over 7 hours with a stop, arriving late on the Friday night, this was main sticking point for me. I lost $75 (cancellation fee), but now I am on a non-stop on Jet Blue and it is just a 2:45 flight, leaving BUF at about the same time mid-day.

So to punish myself for this foolishness, I get to miss out on my fun spending for the next month, oh well. Although in my heart I know that I will be much happier to start my vacation this way.

Deb, that dress is beautiful! Wow! Congrats on this accomplishment.

NOT stupid by any means! $75 is a small price to pay for your comfort level, not to mention getting there so quickly! That's quicker that you get to start this awesome vacation! :woohoo:

Deb - how are all your lists coming?

Hi Gydell.....I have a lot of catching up to do on here tonight because I was doing my lists all day. I got 3 out of 4 done today. The two High Teas and The Champagne Girls. Just waiting for a couple more PMs to come back with info that I was missing. Then I'll email them to Lisa and Noel. The only one I'll have left is the big one....who's coming and who cancelled. But I do still have time to work on that one. Tomorrow I'll be busy paying bills and running to the bank, so I won't get to start it until next week.

Thanks for asking.....did you miss my posting all day? I'm watching the Pats vs. Ravens footballl game tonight so I'll have a chance to catch up on here.
