How is Patrick doing? Franklin and Little Bear are favorites around here as well!

Patrick is ok, he was having headaches, but the MRI came out ok. Then his back started up, but he got some extra stretching and massage for that, then his knees started hurting him, so we took him to PT and got him a new seated bicycle exerciser which he likes.

He just had his 30th Birthday today. What a milestone! Conie

I just turned the baseball game off....Indians down 3-1 at the top of the 7th....I figured I would give them a chance to come back since I vodooed them the last time I watched and I didn't want it to happen again. It's ok John, I turned it off!

we are flipping and darn it #2 Bulls down by 10, not looking good.

That would be pretty neat to be on the cruise for Halloween!

Patrick and I are going to set up a card table at the end of the driveway to hand out our candy this year! I was thinking of having "Witch's Brew" for the parents that I know!

What fun. Halloween is Samantha's birthday and I think this year we are trick or treating with friends. We usually stay in our neighborhood as one of our neighbors has a block party, but one of John's softball buddies has a 3 year old and a 6 month old and wants us to come out with them.

Yes, Patrick will be with us again. He LOVES to cruise. Our younger son, Michael, might be with us, too. He is quitting his job about April and is going back to school next fall. He's going for a law degree now.

We are still hoping we get the 1 bedroom handicapped accessible suite on the 8th deck, but so far somebody else already has it.

When is the final payment due? Maybe someone will drop out before then.

I think I am doing ok. Although I had a scare the other day, I was taking him out into the garage to wait for his grandma to come to visit, and his foot got caught on the rug, and he slipped out of the wheelchair, and scraped his back, poor thing. Of course, Chuck was gone on his walk, and I cannot pick Patrick up by myself (neither can Chuck). so I had to leave him on the floor, and go inside to get the Hoyer lift and bring it around. We have only had to use the thing 3 times since we bought it 2 years ago, but It worked just fine, and I got him up into the wheelchair again, but he has a big bruise on his back where he scraped it.

Not too good of a Mom, I'd say!

We have a Family Suite on the 7th deck now, and Mike would have to get his own stateroom if he came with us. WE like the 7th deck, but we stayed in the one bedroom suite last year when we went on the DVC cruise, and it was WONDERFUL

Also, Mike's not so young, he's 28. He was on teh Transatlantic with us.
