I have been diagnosed with acute cholecystitis which is inflammation of the gall bladder caused by gall stones.

To everyone who has been so kind with their warm regards and to Lisa thanks for your prayers.

I have been diagnosed with acute cholecystitis which is inflammation of the gall bladder caused by gall stones.

Next appointment is with a surgeon prior to scheduling removal of my gall bladder.

My middle DD had this same surgery 9 years ago so I have some idea of what to expect.

For now, I am resting and taking it easy. I will try to keep up but haven't had the energy to do much.

Lisa and Mandy, sounds like you both have been under the weather too Sending prayers and warm wishes to both of you too Hope this means everyone will be over and done with being sick so we can all enjoy a happy and healthy cruise next May!

I just found out I will be having minor surgery late in July and will have most of August off work I'm just way too happy about this, I'm afraid something will go wrong to teach me a lesson Hopefully I will finally be able to keep up with all you guys and your posting while I'm off !

Hi everybody! We got back today around 5pm. I haven't read everything yet, so please bear with me if I seem like I'm skipping stuff or ignoring stuff....just catching up. Great trip, but happy to be home because we crammed a ton into a short time. Worn out!

SHAMU......I LOVE Shamu at Sea World, make sure you sit up front and are prepared to get soaked....it's so much fun and cools you right off!!!

Yup, we saw the Believe show a year ago, which is why Tyler's been so obsessed with wanting to return to Sea World. Unlike the kids, I didn't want to get soaked because of my camera. The show was just as great as last time we saw it!

Just booked Wilderness Lodge for 7 nights starting Jan 1. Now I've got to start figuring out meals. Is anyone else going this time?

Holly have a blast at Seaworld today. Is it hard being that close to the mouse and not visiting it? Just wondering. It was always hard for me to visit my grandmother in Bradenton Beach and not see Mickey.

Yup, it was tough! Especially knowing how close we were. But Tyler had desperately been wanting to see Sea World again, so I figured we'd kill that itch for now and try to do WDW another time, preferably when we can just do that and nothing else.

We had actually considered doing dinner somewhere at Downtown Disney, but after a whole day in the hot sun at Sea World, we were all pretty tired. And Tyler would definitely want to go to the Lego place there and we would have had a horrible time getting him out of there! He loves it so much, he could easily spend a whole day there! The grownups just wanted to have dinner and get home.

Just wanted to say 'hi' to you all and thanks to everyone for their messages of concern and sympathy. It's lovely to feel you have so many friends...even ones so far away. Thanks especially to Maz, Deb, Karen & Carolyn for all your kind words...and to John for the great e-card!

I promise I'll try and get my 'sparkle' back soon Deb!

I can't even attempt to read back all those pages but I hope everyone is doing well.

Fortunately, cell phones don't work out to sea....so they can't find you either!!!

Better just keep it turned off or packed in the suitcase because mine worked just fine at sea on my Carnival cruise and I think cell phones now work on DCL (or I thought I read that somewhere, but could very possibly have been hallucinating from lack of sleep).

Holly, did you have fun at Sea World yesterday??? What are you doing today??? Inquiring minds want to know!!!

Too many northerns in Va. Same with Fl. The Mason Dixon line is a fact of history but not the true north - south line to us that are really southerns. Nothing wrong with other parts of the country just looking to see if anyone is near me so we can have a dis meet like everyone else does. Do you want to come to Atlanta....anyone? Well come to Atl and we'll have our own dismeet. When will Tyler be 6? My DGS will be 6 in August and will be in kindergarden. He loves the Disney cruise!

Well, I think that's a bit too far for us, especially since we just came home from vacation today. But thanks for the invite! I'd love to, but my next trip will be the end of September for my brother's wedding in Knoxville.

Tyler won't be 6 until 5/29 next year, but he's always gotten along best with kids older than him. But for the first time, he won't be coming on this cruise. However, I'll be taking him on one just a few months before this one, so that should satisfy him.

I haven't heard yet where he's getting married. My dad just told me about it over the weekend. I'm assuming at one of those little chapels in the mountains in Gatlinburg. He actually lives just a tad north of Knoxville, in Clinton. But he used to live in Knoxville for about 15 years I think. Maybe longer. So I've been to visit a bunch. Love the area! So beautiful!

The "Africam" needs some kind of plug in that I do not have on my Mac, or for Safari. kind of ironic with a browser named Safari, I can't watch this . . .

PJ is not that far from us in Canada Holly . . . Do you ever go to Cedar Point? We are planning on getting together with PJ at Cedar Point some time this summer. I am guessing that is about 3-4 hours for you (two hours for us).

There are some other Ohioans on our cruise . . . No one else from Michigan though . . .
