We did it too, outside of Flagstaff Arizona. It was one of those rural areas where there was nobody else around. But kinda fun....
In case anyone isn't making it to the main boards - this is just too cute:

It was a little weird to read this post out of context (it was the first one I saw after I was taken to the post I just made). This is a pretty wild group so I wasn't sure what you might be referring to. I've spent the last couple of hours trying to catch up--still about 8 pages behind--maybe reading all the talk about "mouse bits" temporarily tainted my thinking!!!![]()
If anyone is interested, here is a set of "Mickey" ears that, once put on paper with magnets, are really cute on either side of the round room number on your stateroom door.

btw, noel said there are about six john's. one of which is her DH and one is my DH. we assigned them names: noel's DH is JB and my DH is grumpy john. should we name your friend greek john?
i'm definitely greek and not a tech geek, maybe just a disgeek.
ship of greeks....i like it.
how about ship of greek dis geeks?
I can't even say that. My tounge gets twisted. Seriously, try to say it outloud.![]()
We own a gift & collectibles store in Old Towne Orange. DW runs it, I just do the back office stuff when I am not at my 'real' job.
Just Ask . . .
What is funny is that these are EASY to make!
I make mine in MS Word.
If you drop me a pm with your email I will email you sample files of my door magnets in MS Word. I have to tell you too though, that I "embellish" mine with Disney scrapbooking stuff - stick on characters and such. I have made some of them kind of "generic" so that I can use them cruise after cruise.
Ok, I'll be good.![]()

Probably just as well. Adrienne just ordered 4 more Vera Bradley display cases for the store, and I still have to buy our plane tickets to Europe in September. Plus we just booked the Thanksgiving 2008 Magic cruise - going with some friends we've been trying to cruise with for years.
I hope it is OK . . . I did it right away . . .
Royalty fees required?
(tired of seeing all of those "Captain Jack Reposession Logos" LOL)
Ok, part of the reason why my husband agreed to do this cruise was if we "gave up" our 15th anniversary trip (Jan 9, 1993 wedding date, was going to go to Hawaii). So instead of taking a trip in January just him and I, we are going to take the family on this. Hawaii would have been great but my husband is just starting his law firm so he can't take off too much. Anway, do you think May is way to late to do a celebration for our anniversary? I've been reading the renewing vows thread and that sounds like it would be really neat. Our kids would probably have fun seeing it. What do you think? Is it too late after the actual date? Thanks! Lisa
FINALLY caught up!![]()
I had this really wild vivid dream that I was on the magic, cruising, only it didn't really look much like the Magic at all--much bigger and more spread out. After we set sail and the sun went down, suddenly the ship stopped somewhere out in the ocean. Someone came on the PA and told everyone to go look off the port side of the ship. Everyone went rushing over and we could see all these dolphins and whales everywhere--some of the whales were HUGE, much larger than life. The all of a sudden they were swimming in time with this music, then there was a big light show snychronized to the swimming! That's when we began to realize that they were all animatronics
and it was a show that DCL had created out in the ocean for the passangers! But wait, there's more. It was like the pirates deck party, with food stations set up, and the ship would go on a little ways then stop again for another show--there was a mermaid one, and one about a volcano erupting at sea, and another one with a big city skyline all lit up for the backdrop with all kinds of ships and boats sailing in front of it. I was thinking, "Wow, Disney has really gone all out!" BTW, it's not unusual for me to dream like this!and no, I don't drink or smoke--anything. Who needs to???
