I'll sleep all morning, what will you do? Kids still home tomorrow? When are you going to Dland again? Molly may come. She'd have to fly alone she is thinking about it will tell me tomorrow if she thinks she can. she has play practice on thurs and should be in school for the rest of the time. but maybe will fly down on friday night and back on sunday night. I have mixed feelings about her flying alone.

J has no school in the morning so she will sleep in and me too then. I was going to go to Disney Thur, Fri, Sat and go home Sunday as J has school the following Monday. I have been on a bunch of Southwest flights with kids solo. They make the kids sit right by the flight attendants spot and talk to them from time to time. I think if the child is under 12 they have to do this.

Well I was thinking of flying down early Thursday morning and just taking car service to the hotel and then flying back Sunday night. I was just looking at flights. You could have her fly home with me but then she would be in Sac.
Lemme look at Oakland flights and see what times they leave at.

erm, I bring it with me, but not wear for dinner etc. Will wear it with you and other.

My friend is away to Blackpool for Easter Weekend and I think I text her to buy lime green wig for Alison?

Basically our Bank Holidays(Public Hols) are Good Friday and Easter Monday. Nowadays many shops are open on both days. Easter Sunday is the only day shops are not supposed to open all year. It is very strange out and about.

Hello Everybody.

Skipping a bunch of posts - not being rude - just can never seem to get caught up any more. I heard there was a lot of dress talk last night anyway . . .

I was out of commission last night because I upgraded my laptop DIY. With this cruise I went off my 2 year plan of replacements, so I did a RAM and Hard drive upgrade last night. I doubled my RAM to 2GB, and doubled my Hard Drive to 250 gb. I had to back up, install and restore. I had never done this on a laptop before, just towers, but let me tell you it was a piece of cake on my MacBook. This laptop is made to be easily upgraded - I LOVE my MacBook!

I need all that extra space because my 120 GB was almost full, and I am bringing the laptop with me.

Non-Mac users skip the rest - if you did not already skip the above . . .

Then I got a pm from PJ that the new firmware for the AE base stations now supports Apple's Time Machine back ups on disks connected to the base station wirelessly! I have been waiting for this, so now I have great backups without having to connect and reconnect the computer from the hard drive.

I feel like I have a new computer and a whole new network!

Hope everyone is well, and we are counting the days.

John - Do you have Time Capsule? I've been toying with getting one to have one central backup location for the whole house for Time Machine. It would also provide another Airport, so I could move the other two around (one main and one repeater) to strengthen and better distribute the signal.

Do you have Time Capsule or thinking about it?

Horrible when that happens. Is your mind too active. That happens to me particularly when I start cruise planning.

Speaking of countdowns, I had a dream last night about the cruise - should I share?


The good news is that I had made the cuise. But, I did not have a room. I hung my clothes on the deck outside the lifeboat Then for the clothes....I had my Prom Dress - some shorts and shirts and not much more because I had to carry everything with me I was heading to book spa services and realized I dod not have my notebook with all my paperwork (how I got on board without it - well, it was a dream!)

Fortunately that is all I remember.

So did everyone actually get their rooms assigned???

Oh I just remembered the Queen Mary has an great champagne brunch. We will be there on Sunday. It is like 37.00 for adults and 12.00 for kids. You could also tour the ship.

No fair - we have to fly home.

That is awesome and is a perfect job. Shopping and Disney for work!!!!

I just got home a little while ago and found the Passporter waiting at my door!!! Has anyone else received it yet? I haven't had much time to look at it but it was the bedtime story for the night!!!! Looks great so far!!!!

I hope mine comes today. Which version one did you get.

You can pack a corkscrew or a swiss army knife in your CHECKED LUGGAGE, but not your CARRY ON LUGGAGE!

For air travel knives and corkscrews must be in your checked baggage. At the port I have had a knife removed from my checked bag but have had no problem with a pocket knife in my carry on stuff. I would thing the corkscrew would be the same.

Sorry about all the trouble you are having with Tuxxman. I feel bad that I recommended them.

I talked with my brother last night, he was said that by Mon the temps would be in the 50's. He's not planning on shoveling.
