After all the FOOD that we eat on a cruise, why would a passenger think they need to take FOOD home?

With all the security issues, packing food makes no sense to me.

Well, I went through the girls clothes for the trip last night...they have tons! I do need to get them dress shoes though.

Tony - I would love that job! Sounds awesome. If I was any closer to Orlando, I would be working for Disney in some fashion. They are always advertising for Financial Analysts....I would love to see their books!

That's so cool!

Had a great time last night at the wine bar. It's actually a bistro, very good food too. Also, they serve Rosa Regale by the glass! Although I didn't have any (why pay $9 when I have a bottle at home, eh?), it's good to know that I can stop by any evening for some chocolate mousse and a glass of RR. There ended up being about 16 of us and we had a blast. The owner and the duo that was performing thought we made good customers/audience, I guess. I think they usually have a more sedate crowd on a week night. As the designated driver, I only got to try one glass of wine and have already forgotten the name (a Reisling), so I guess I'll have to go back!

Last day off work Heading out for breakfast, then grocery shopping, as we're having dinner at my house tonight. The menu is set except for what kind of fish we will have...got to see what the butcher has that's good! Can't remember the last time I had company over for dinner.

Ok, I guess I am a bit behind since I just found this.... And I am completely feeling technology challenged. I can't seem to find the links to respond on who is coming. Is there a website with all the information on it?? Fish extender?? I am a bit lost after reading all of these.... Anyone help??

Speaking of countdowns, I had a dream last night about the cruise - should I share?


The good news is that I had made the cuise. But, I did not have a room. I hung my clothes on the deck outside the lifeboat Then for the clothes....I had my Prom Dress - some shorts and shirts and not much more because I had to carry everything with me I was heading to book spa services and realized I dod not have my notebook with all my paperwork (how I got on board without it - well, it was a dream!)

Fortunately that is all I remember.

So did everyone actually get their rooms assigned???

Oh i hate dream like struggle, like chase then another another.

Someone on the April 19 cruise got their room # yesterday. Looks like we have a long wait!

Today, I have the childrens as easter weekend. I took them out and went to Burger King then went to my work for shopping. My work look like mopped - very busy. Full parking everywhere

Glad got home now and have a rest before I start work tonight.

Goodmorning all, Well, Good Friday and a lot is closed today... but not Macy's and they are having a Keds sale! I love keds We have warm weather all week. Sunny and dry. Just the way weather should be.

We may never make it to the left coast again, so we are staying 6 days....3 days at DL, one day at Legoland and the rest possible rain days

"rain day" don't say such horrible things - we don't use that kind of language around here unless we have to - you may as well say "snow day" .... did you mean relaxing days, R&R, no plans....

I have the same concerns about the size of the car. I'm very interested in it, but am afraid to get rid of he big car to go to Costco (a regular stop on our list)

Nope, the movie wasn't narrated. Have you gals read her other books? If you haven't read "The Constant Princess" about Catherine (that preceedes "The Other Boleyn Girl"), it is really good. In this movie, in just the few scenes she (Catherine) is in, you can even get a feel for what an incredible woman she was. And, of course, the sequels "The Boleyn Inheritance", "The Queen's Fool" and "The Virgin's Lover" are great tool -back to catch up.

We were going to go to DL on Friday also, but found out it was a blackout day for us. We usually go on my birthday (tomorrow), but spring break came early this year. Off to do something else.

Yes, us too. I think we are going to try to hit Alvin and the chipmunks today at the $2 theater.

John - Do you have Time Capsule? I've been toying with getting one to have one central backup location for the whole house for Time Machine. It would also provide another Airport, so I could move the other two around (one main and one repeater) to strengthen and better distribute the signal.

Do you have Time Capsule or thinking about it?

Ian, we just talked about this last night on ichat, lol. He was looking at it, but I sent him the news that he no longer needs to, as he has Airport Extreme with a External HD and Apple sent out the update, to make Time machine work with this type of set up, yesterday. He was very happy.
