I was cranky yesterday. Grumped at DrHug a couple of times last night. He was as always patient with me. Hopefully another week and I will be adjusted.

Hmmm...I have no effects from the time change. I wonder why some feel it more? I find that interesting. Neither DH or I really feel it. Of course I don't normally get jet lagged either.

A quick question about Online Check in.

When can I start to do it? I am in there right now and it doesn't seem to be allowing me to do anything - for instance where it asks for citizenship it just says "Select One" and the drop down box is empty.

Am I not supposed to be filling it out quite yet?

I just pulled mine up and I can see everything listed in the drop down menu.

Linda - when was the balloon drop on a specific night? Also, when do we need to pay you the scrapbook money? and how?

Yes, the balloon drop was on the first Monday night at 9:45 p.m. and pegged as the After Golden Mickey's Party. It was a celebration in the atrium which finished with the balloon and confetti drop. So it was on night #3.

No need yet to worry about scrapbook money. I'll PM at some point probably beginning of April.

Happy Friday!

Well we had a bit of a fiasco last night....I was sitting on the couch minding my own business when fireworks went off, well, ok it was the transfusion or whatever box outside up the electric pole....
So John is at softball, I report it to FPL and seems a squirrel got fried and they had to put a new thing up the pole. but then to do that our power went out completely for about 15-20 minutes! What a night!!

I am so glad it's the weekend.

Oh, you poor kid! And tonight is supposed to be thunderstorms! It had better be nice for our big Hunter's Creek Bunny in the Park event tomorrow!!!!!!

Hey guys,

Was just going through some old photos of my old life and found these:

This was our baby Roo "Mushu", he was 9 months old and lived in a pouch I carried around with me:

Jolene

what a sweet little roo!

Did anyone hear about this???

http://www.wftv.com/news/15592397/detail.html

I didn't stay up for the news last night...someone at work brought this to my attention this morning.....we'll have to see what this is about.

I can hardly believe that! Remember the problems they had at Victoria and Alberts when they banned chilren under 12? Would the park only be open at night? Would there be "adult-only" themed rides? I almost hate to think of it! Connie

Mrs. Bennett is staying at home.
.

Are you leaving her bail money???

Coulnd/t resist - when young I was told you must wear nice undies because you might have to go to the hospital...

Today - must wear nice underwear because you might meet nice people in the laundry room on the Discruise at 4:30 am....:rotfl:

No... you don't have to wear the good ones at 4:30...you have to WASH them so you can show off and make everyone think you have better undies than they do!!! :rotfl:

Can anyone help me with the link to the March 1 cruise thread? Can't seem to find it. :confused3 Thanks.

Carol

Here you go Carol... just to warn you...it might either make you laugh at them or raise your blood pressure...

They closed several posts down because they got really nasty...

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
Yup lost his passport. We are going to go get it replaced tomarrow. We think its in the house somewhere but can't find it. I will search when I get home tonight.

My DH thought he lost his when he went to New Orleans after Katrina to see what could be salvaged from our son's apartment (nothing). Anyway, he needed one to go to England, so he got a replacement.

A few months later, our son was going through some books and found it in the book DH was reading on the trip!

Look in all the books! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

how cool!!! that will be fun!:thumbsup2

I need to get our well water tested today and then paint the laundry room. The folks that are interested in our house want to look again at 10:30 tomorrow morning, then will let us know by 3:30 if they are going to accept our counter offer. We are a little excited, a little nervous. The offer requires closing by April 14 and us to be out by the 19th. Lots of work to do that in a short time. But, if it is God's plan then we can get it done!

OH, MY, HOW EXCITING! I really want to move into a condo after our son goes back to college this fall, but the house prices have dropped, and now we are going to wait for them to go up, we'll probably be here for another 20 years!

well, John's passport says it has been mailed so we should see it either tomorrow or Monday I would think....one more thing x'd off. Still have to figure out how to get home from Tampa as now our flight comes in at 10 pm....

Take a taxi. Another option is that my mom knows some people who live in her neighborhood at Colony Cove, Ellenton who will pick people up at the airport in Tampa. I could ask her to find out.

Connie

Well, Here he is in his usualy spot after work, laying on the couch listening to his Zune....and he's got his new quilt on!

He loved it, he bugged me all the way home from work, did I make his blanket, did I make his blanket, did I ........ so here it is!

Beautiful, Just beautiful!

ken,

Thanks.....I'm just trying to picture myself doing the usual luggage mule routine goung through Pearson International (we get it both going and coming back)

Let me see

camera bag
laptop bag
backpack
medicine bag
toy bag
3 wheeled suitcases (with 3 non-wheeled duffle bags folded for the trip down and full coming bcak)

hmmmm I know I have forgotten something :confused3

Yeah... the cart at the airport that carries all the stuff...I'll chip in the $2 for it if you need... :)

Hopefully each family that is participating will have some kind of FE out for the gifts to be placed in. That would make it easier to not miss anyone.

I hope that makes it easier... just want to make sure I have enough for everyone...luckily I only have to do per stateroom/family so I'll throw a couple of extras in - they can always be given away to others who need them...

I was cranky yesterday. Grumped at DrHug a couple of times last night. He was as always patient with me. Hopefully another week and I will be adjusted.

Well... He expected it... He really does love you... I'd drive him nuts after the first week!!! :rotfl:

With all the craziness... remember to take time for you!!! Even a few minutes and a cup of Tea is always nice.

Good luck!!! Take it from someone who moved very quickly 3 years ago...(and is still unpacking boxes...:rotfl2: ) It can be done!!!

Yeah the city is here fixing our mailbox that they knocked down. :cool1: They are just putting the post in today and the guy said they will be back later for the box.. My mailman will be so happy when he sees this tomorrow. No more delay in delivery Hot diggity dog!:cool1:

The suggestion I got from my friend in Shutters is that the Goofy Pool Deck on Deck 9 is perfect for a group of 300 because they can take the picture from Deck 10 and get everyone in the picture.

you aren't going to see the Magic entering the canal?

OH! Yeah! The CANAL! The whole reason I am going on this trip!

I guess I can get up early for that.........:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
