I know most of you are having problems packing and fretting over the airlines' new luggage restrictions.

My mom just called and she told me that since Tyler's birthday is only a few days after the cruise, for his birthday present she'd like to pay for the dolphin kids excursion for him (I chose the one in PV). After a visit to Sea World 2 years in a row, he's REALLY into sea animals and will LOVE doing this! He's going to be so excited! I can't wait to tell him!

Holly, this is GREAT! He will love it. I'll be there playing with the Sea Lions.

autodoc, sorry, don't know the answer to your question.

Got the LAST of my shopping done, most of the clothes packed (the hanging items will be crammed in at the last minute. The size of my carryon will very depending on what I can't get stuffed in the two checked bags. Either a weekender or just a tote...we'll see.

Tomorrow moring and evening are the phone calls to cell and credit people, pre-paying the last of the bills and slapping magnets on my door signs. Oh, and I have to slap some Nice n Easy #111 on my head too!

Now just got fingers crossed that kitten little will be in and out of the vets early in the week, so she can move in with Autie Peg and the min-pins for the duration.

ITS ALL COMING TOGETHER!!

Yup -- were in Palmdale - out here in the desert wind!!!

I guess I will go to plan B and put some RUM in an empty 20oz Mt. Dew bottle and several zip lock baggies -- that should survive the flight!!!

OMG this is too funny. I know this guy. He's Matt McAllister, the local rock stations morning guy until a few months ago. He even got on David Letterman with this stunt. He was going for a GWR which he got.
Jackie may know who he is as he went to a county station in Phoenix. Ever heard of him Jackie?

I'm almost home, hooray!. For anybody who lives in the BOS/NYC/Philly/DC area...Bolt Bus is quite the awesome and cheap way to get from A to B. $25 is what my trip cost for today, that's roundtrip. Tolls cost more than that! You can get a fare for as little as $1 each way if you are the first to book it. I have a couple of those booked for this summer.

It's not the, um, glamour, of the train, but it's certainly cheaper.
