I have started to skip any pages between 11pm and 6am. Can't keep up. I do skim them and if there is a post by anyone besides our "5 gabby friends" I stop and read it. The days are getting more chatty too!

thanks gydell, I know there is a way to deal with these "5 gabby friends". Seems that we all skim over when we don't care to read some peoples posts.

ya know Marilyn, we have heard that people say that all along over the past ~ 18 months. It isn't reasonable to believe that we a group of friends that should be quiet after we have developed such a friendship. We do say hello, ALWAYS and answer all questions. I'm not being snide in saying if this thread is too fast for some, then make another one. I'm sure that those of us who talk to each other everyday all day will just stay here. People communicate at different levels, and it isn't reasonable to expect that we should be quiet or that EVERYONE should post and talk here all day long. Ok, I'm done with these comments on this round you all known my feelings on the topic. For those who don't see this side of the coin, I hope we can agree to disagree on this topic and remain friendly

I remember being new, it wasn't fun but please newbies jump in. I did and I'm happy I did. I think I will have more fun on the cruise and I learned a lot about cruising because this is our first trip.

They have it in stock at Walgreens. Seems like it would be handy if you need it for the kids.

I found the benddryl dabbing tube at target, it looks like a long tube like an epi-pen size, I had one in China and it was sought out by people with mosquito bites (I bought a couple in case we need to share)

No, they don't use swords. The photographer just brought a bunch of props so the kids would think the photos were cool.

Switched shopping to Amazon. Target doesn't have everything I need. I have batteries on my list but have no idea why...I can't think of anything I need batteries for. Cameras all have charges...kids gameboys don't need batteries. Am I missing something?

I just wanted to add two..no, may just one..cent. For what it's worth. At first I was overwhelmed but quickly got the hang of it. Really, one just has to not be afraid to try, ask for help, try again. I think I got the hang of it now thanks to everyone who's been soooo friendly. THANKS!

He watches it at his dad's. I haven't seen it enough times to know anything more than Sponge Bob and Patrick. And Squidward. And crabby patties. So I guess if I ask Tyler who Plankton is, he'll know and will be excited!

I have bandaids, neosporin, advil, cold med, ear ache med, eye drops, need to get some bonine or dramamine.

I am bringing all the meds I might need if one of the kiddos got sick. Nothing worse then a 3 am fever with no meds.

I think I am just one of those people who likes everybody to be happy, so when I read what Linda wrote it did make me sad that people felt so strongly about it as to want to pm someone and sort of complain. Of course I realise that folk are different in wanting to join a thread or not. Some people just like to read and glean all the info without taking part, some like to chat and get to know each other etc etc, but I will always try and answer a question even though I have only been on one cruise before. I will google if needs be.

I do know how hard it is to scan through the vast amount of posts as I have from around 5pm Eastern when I go to bed till when I log on again around 3am Eastern to catch up on. That was always a busy time even before the chats started.

So, I wouldn't really want different threads.
