I feel like I'm the bottom of the food chain. :lmao:

He'll call for the status of the tickets, but not to see how I'm doing?
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm sorry. I'll ask how you are doing. And never once ask if you got your docs.

Ahhh and such is a Man's lot in life ....

Damned if we call, damned if we don't ....

:lmao:

Lime green?

wha? We all bought lime green t-shirts on Disney Direct for like $5@ and almost half of the group of 200+ had them on, kind of scary at the Terminal and for the CMs at Parrot Cay, lol.

Where is everybody hoping to eat lunch on embarkation day?

They 'encourage' you to go to the one less busy at the time and we were directed to Beach Blanket last time. I loved being outside, but we had to get food separately as we had the bags with us.

Parrot Cay for us, if we get there in time.

I got it. I was trying to ask if we were all wearing lime green again. I did forget that they take pictures though.

So now I'm caught up. I have to get the kids. I'll try not to come back on until later so all of the people that were annoyed can come back!

Anyway...I went shopping at a local city today which was a nice change.

Still have some bits n bobs to get. Need some stretchy trousers to wear on the flight back as I guess I will need them!!!!:lmao:

Just wear the UC pyjamas! :rotfl2:

I second that emotion!! :thumbsup2

However, they probably do have the "right" to do it as I am betting in their fine print there is a clause that allows them to modify it. Anyone with a flight from those airlines I'd be curious as to what it says.

When I get home I'm gonna look at the purchase agreement (receipt) for my flights and see what they say.

I'm quite few pages behind so someone may have already posted this, but checking out my Delta agreement it states that:

1) We can change whatever we want, whenever we want.
2) If you don't like the changes, you can cancel your ticket and get your money back, otherwise tough cookies.

Sometimes I wonder how these companies can even call these documents a contract. :headache:

sorry to disappoint! I think I may have called the leader's mom a few choice words as well, but I think I have blocked the traumatic memory from my mind.

V....a "bad girl" from the very beginning, huh!?:goodvibes :thumbsup2

I wonder what the fuel cost is in Aruba vs. United States. I know that DCL buys blocks of fuel way in advance (I think Capt. Henry said like 6 months), but since Aruba is not a normal stop, wonder if they will top off the tanks in Aruba or not?

They bunkered (took on fuel) at every port call on the first Repo except for Cabo, Linda. I have pictures of it from all 3 ports. One of those stupid things I am endlessly fascinated by. popcorn::

John would be interested in that kind of thing too so i will tell him to look out for it.

Interesting information, thank you. In the latest DCL Passporter they say that the ships are not allowed to provision anywhere else due to FDA regulations. Which I thought must be wrong. They obviously have to provision other places sometimes, when they are 'out of area'. Anyway, the DCL ships aren't even registered in the USA so why would they have to be subject to FDA regulations when outside US waters?

We took on food in ACA last time, but that was the cause of some major problems. They had shipped refrigerated containers of produce, milk, etc ahead from Port Canaveral. The problem was, one of the containers wasn't plugged into local power when it got to the port. So all of the produce had spoiled. It was amazing to watch the palate loads of strawberries and raspberries covered in mold, being dumped in the dumpster shoreside. Again - I have some pics of it at home. If I get a chance, I'll dig them out tonight and post them.

I have a dentist's appointment this afternoon. They are putting in a post for a crown on a tooth I broke a while back. Ugh!
