It's our Mother's Day tomorrow. I have already received a plant arrangement and a bowl of hyacinths which I love.

I tell my children not to bother as my daughter and 2 daughter in laws are mothers themselves now and need to be pampered.

This year I get to have 2 Mother's Days!!!

How long does it take to get to the port? Are most of us getting there at 10am? Lisa

Ususally just under an hour, could be as quick as 45 minutes depending on traffic and the DRIVER!

Yep, I think LOTS of us will be showing up at 10AM.

Also, those of you with linked dining...you can technically all board the ship together, so whoever has the lowest boarding pass can take in your 'party'.

I think it took about an hour but I honestly dont pay attention too well when I am not driving!

HOUSE CLEANING?! That's a 4-letter word in my book! Yup, I've been trying to post a bit yesterday and today while at work, but mainly just reading to catch up. Getting closer though! I think I'm on page 123.

Well I know if I am missing in action I am usually house cleaning or sleeping!

What is a Caribbean Lemonade?

It's like a cosmopolitan, but less sweet and more tart, which I love. They put a lime in it and it's great. It was a DOD one day on my 11 night Southern cruise and I've been drinking them since.....when aboard.

Ya just can't drink BBC's all day long....you'd get way too full and not eat any food.....and we all know that's a sin! We switch over to CL's after the BBCs.

I just read PJs note about the whole laptop being less expensive than just a new screen. Wow. I can't believe that.....shows you how much I don't know about techno toys.....that's what I have DH for!!!

Hope this helps - it is a bit heavy so if you order it - don't drop it! I was lifting my other big fig when I was vacuuming and I grabbed it by Goofy's nose - broke off the tip but thank goodness for superglue - looks like nothing ever happened to it!

I love the looks of it, but not being glued to the base...isn't it a bit like Disney BOWLING??? Watch out!!!

Unfortunately, they will not let you carry them out. All Big Figs are shipped - hence no getting out of the shipping charge. I tried desparately to get out of it - by saying I'd carry it off the ship or CC but no go. They only ship. So that can be a plus or a minus depending on how you want to look at it. It is a nice piece though. I'm not a huge Star Wars fan but got to admit - that light saber really gets me going!

In other words...they don't stock them there...

A question about the Hyatt at MCO. We arrive late on Friday the 9th because I have to work that day.

Is anything happening for breakfast at the Hyatt on the morning of the 10th?

NO... we expect you to get your butts up...drag yourselves to whatever fast food place sells stuff your not supposed to be eating... grab a fast fix and get said butts over to the port ASAP!!!!!

I am sure this cruise will see more than the average early birds at the port!

& WE'LL ALL BE IN LIME GREEN!!!

Love the CC big fig. Would love to have one of those come home, but no place in the Condo.

I just read on the main cruise board that the some of the dinner menus may be updated this month. Can't wait for someone to bring copies home and share them!
