Hi sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn’t find anything on it. I hv 3 four day park hoppers with max pass. New expire date 12/16/21. We’ll be going on a quick last minute trip 9/30-10/5. I thought I read something about getting an email gift card as reimbursement for the Max Pass purchased. I purchased through a third party, not sure if that matters. I loaded up our tickets today and made park reservations. Just wondering if I can get anything back for the extra cost of max pass. And if so, how do I go about it? Thx!

We got a refund in the form of a gift card at the ticket window back in June. We had also purchased from a third party so that shouldn’t matter.

We got a refund. I emailed Disney through the website and they emailed an e-gift card about 6-8 weeks later for the MaxPass portion. We’d purchased our tickets directly through Disney though. I’m not sure how it would work with tickets purchased via a third party.

Thanks … did u just bring your hard copy E Ticket to the window, I’m assuming?
