Ok... We went, we ate, we loved the Matterhorn Macaroons in Disneyland. But, we live on the east coast and we can't get our fix in Florida. So what to do? We have tried several recipes and can't get it right. Decent flavor, but neither the density or the height. We tried the one on the DisneyFoodBlog and also THIS ONE. No luck, our cookies look like pancakes. How do we make this?
