1st I have to say a massive thank you to everyone on her for the amazing support you have shown me and my family this week it has been a total nightmare and logging onto here to see some many people routing for us has made an amazing difference to me and that makes a big difference to all my family so to all of you :hug::hug: from all of us x x x x x

Now this is the best bit of news ever and im trying so hard to curtail my excitement but we have flights accomadation and car hire sorted for a quick 7 day trip to wdw just landing back in this country on the ay before cacms operation !!
I really cant believe that all thats standing in our way is a yes from the hospital and travel insurance. Im fairly sure that the hospital will let us go after all the decison this week was that they could do no more till op day and he said we neeed a miracle for him not to have the op where else do u go seeking miracles but wdw ???? Im gonna wish on every star there is if we actually get out there !!!

If we dont make it the distraction of trying is doing wonders anyway !!!

Keeping my fingers firmly crossed (it's making the typing a bit tricky!) - Good Luck.

Hope you manage to do this as I think it would do you all the world of good :)

I so hope you can go, lots of love and pixie dust for the "yes" from the hospital :wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:

That would be great - really hope you get to go.:thumbsup2

This is wonderful news, Louise. As you said, the planning itself is therapeutic.

I want you to know that we made twelve trips to WDW and Disneyland in the last years of my husband Scott's life and after the point that his health was seriously degraded. One trip had to be postponed because of a hospitalization and during another he was actually admitted to a hospital 9 miles from Disneyland for three days. The reason I'm telling you this is that everytime we stepped onto Main Street USA at the start of each of those trips it felt like a victory--we'd made it one more time. Planning each of those trips not only got us through dark hours, they lightened them considerably. I trust that sense of safety and comfort you feel when you are at WDW is helping you now.

Hugs and prayers, Susan

Here's hoping you'll get that travel insurance sorted to allow you all to travel!

It's nice to know that you've got something to keep you positive at present  More pixie dust for today :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

I have everything crossed for you. I hope the hospital give you the ok and that you manage to sort out the travel insurance. good luck, you deserve it
