Day 2 today and so far looking good !!!

My dd is 3 and obviously has my nosey gene as she keeps asking is today the day we are going to cinderella castle ??? My dh told her it was ages off and she said no dad silly my mom said on the phone it was real soon !!! The boys however remain oblivious

Hi all,
Cameron has just had a scan which shows that the infection is under control - still there but no longer a major issue !! The question about the quick trip to Florida has been discussed at length today and unfortuneatly as a group we have all decided its probably better not too go !! Im not unduly upset by this as it does mean that our next trip will be amazing and well earnt
The basic worry was what if he becomes ill over there ??? At the moment wdw is a place where we all feel safe and untouchable but if something was to happen then we would lose that forever and to be honest its the ebst feeling in the world to us - to feel normal for 14 days is undescribable !!
Back to Cam it looks very likely now with the great scan results today that the surgeon will choose to postpone the op till 4th Jan which does give us the christmas we so desperatly wanted and also gives Cam time to get rid of infection altogether - unlikely but hey i really am starting to believe that maybe we will see a mirscle and my little man will be on a plane with us next november !!
Amazing what a boost some good news can give us
Oh and Bev we are making a gingerbread house tomorrow we have never made one before so will keep you posted how we get on !!!
One last thing i feel i should mention a very kind disser got in touch with coventry blaze ice hockey team and Cam has received a goodie pack today which he loves and its so good to see him smile when he gets surprise packages - so massive thanks Tina !!!

It is fab news that Cam is doing so well. I am sure if we continue dunking you all in pixie dust then the infection will clear up in time for Christmas & for

Well that is fantastic news, sounds promising.
Ok, your bonus trip is not going to happen at the moment but hey it would have been difficult if Cam had been taken ill over there. Now you can enjoy the lead up to Christmas and cram it with as many festive activities as you can think of to do.
I am glad you are doing the gingerbread house the kids will enjoy doing and no doubt eating it.
