Massachusetts folks post here!!!

I don't know about the food; but I'm sure I'll find some suitable replacements for the Cheng Du Mai Tai!

I used to work for Hood down on Wharf St until the big fire. Now I work for Towne Tree & Landscaping, at the old Pepsi plant on Randolph Ave.

OMG-Hood! They used to make the best eggnog at Christmas (don't know if they still do)-Hood's Golden Eggnog. Goofy4tink, can you have a glass of that for me after you have the Friendly's sundae?

Oh yeah!!! I know that when I take my 31 y/o dd to WDW for her first ever trip, in Jan, we'll be on the hunt for those 'adult' beverages. She loves her MaiTai's!!!

Another born in Framingham here.... married Bedford girl and now live in Harvard.

I'll take my Hood eggnog with an IV please!!!!!(yes they still make it, I'm impatiently waiting for it's arrival soon)Thanks.

I thought you meant the Verizon place on Main St across from the Dance Studio, that is the one I pass everyday!! I work at the lake and have to make my way to the Galvin just at the same time the kids are getting out........so much traffic at that time!! DD #1 has been getting rides home from the high school..............never thought I would say I can't wait for her to get her license (January!!!)!

Glad to hear you purchased DVC..............if you ever need a trade to OKW, just holler!!! We have never been to HHI. We are looking to trade next summer or rent out so we can take DD to visit Hawaii Pacific University!!!
Why do so many people walk around that lake? Is there nowhere else to walk in Wakefield??????????

It's just a pleasant place to take a three mile walk :) I'll be up and walking tomorrow morning.

We should start a walking club. We can walk our way to Disney World three miles at a time ;)

I have 6 yo at Burgess too!! I also have 9yo there and a 12yo at the Jr. High. I've lived here for 14 years.

Brimfield traffic doesn't bother me too much. I live on the opposite end of town so I dont have to go through it too much.

MelCald it looks like our children go to school together.

I looked in last year's Burgess directory and if your family was listed I think I might have found you in it. The email address had the same screen name.
If it's you, then it appears you live in the neighborhood I grew up in!!

If you PM or email me we can fill in the blanks if you wish. And if we haven't done so already, our families are probably bound to meet through the school before long!

Ok, my fellow Mass DVC'ers! Get pumped! The Red Sox won the AL East!

I prefer to walk up in Breakheart Reservation - up the hill from the high school. 3.2 miles and a lot of hills - big hills.
