Marriott Village shuttle service

Ok....is there anyone out there that might know...maybe have experienced the shuttle service to the parks from the MV. We are staying there in April and I had called and they told me that the shuttles run all day. I saw on here somewhere that they have three times in the morning and then returning shuttles starting at 4pm.
We are arriving at our hotel by 11:30-noon and afraid we will have missed the last shuttle over.
We will not be renting a car so I am thinking I will have to "cab it" to the park that first day.
Any thoughts....ideas....suggestions??
